"The owner did not respond to communication. I spend more time to reach to him for access information and also reaching out to vrbo helpdesk was not helpful but eventually managed to get the owner contact number after 4 hours. The kitchen is not equipped with even lighter. There were only 2 tea cups with one broken.The shower room light was not working which was fixed after 2 days. There are 3 different stairs to the lift with no rails. This should be highlighted in description.The advantage was...

"The number of beds promised were not available in the apartment we were given. This alone would have been overlooked. However, when a few concerns were raised with the owner, he came by briefly and never returned. Irritants included washing machine was left on with clothes in it for our entire stay, one toilet did not flush properly and the other had a broken seat, refrig was broken and hot water was spotty. Nothing major and all that could have been addressed which is somewhat the point. "
