Beautiful spacious home in heart of Boulder

Fully remodeled home with gorgeous patios and mountain views. Close to lots of hiking trails and walking distance to downtown Boulder and CU Campus. Also a short walk to the Hill, Campus, Parks, Boulder Creek, shopping, food and bars. Ideal location for any parents visiting their kids at CU, business men looking for a clean and nice work environment, or a few families coming to vacation in Boulder.

The home is about 2700 sqft with an open layout. There are two master suites with their own bathrooms housing a King bed and a Queen Bed, three other rooms with a combination of bunk beds and a queen, queen and a comfortable pull out couch. Lots of sleeping room for large parties. Zoned for 3 unrelated parties

In the summer the garden is filled with home grown vegetables which you are welcome to cook with.

This was a lovely, fully equipped house in an amazing neighborhood in Boulder. Walkable to Pearl Street, Campus, and many hiking trails. We loved the front yard and backyard settings for a glass of wine. Living room, dining room and kitchen were a great open set up for our multi generational family gathering. Our host Jeff responded immediately. We will most certainly be back.

Luxury accommodations for large groups. All modern appliances, comfortable beds, can seat everyone at large table. Younger members of our group enjoyed the hot tub. Even a 1st floor bedroom & full bath with walk in shower for handicap senior citizen. There was nothing lacking - met our every need.

Really enjoyed our stay at this home as it has been beautifully renovated with lots of space indoors and out. We were in Boulder for a wedding and it was great to have family over for lunch and to hang out. The place was unusually decorated in a very tasteful way. Getting in was easy and checking out too. Very nice home!

We were in Boulder with family to attend a graduation. This home was perfect, it is updated, well appointed and very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Great Stay In Boulder

In town for a wedding and booked this property as we needed four bedrooms and room to spread out. House could not have been better. Great location, clean and perfectly stocked, beautiful indoor and outdoor space for conversation. Would recommend this home 1000% and will stay again on our next visit to Boulder.
