House 10 People Swimming Pool With Jacuzzi

Large charming house, very bright, located in the Bourbonnais countryside, in a quiet area, which can accommodate up to 10 people.
Beautiful view of nature, ideal for recharging your batteries and sharing friendly moments with family or friends.

All shops in BOUCE (1min), VARENNES-SUR-ALLIER (10 min), JALIGNY-SUR-BESBRE (13 min) and LAPALISSE (15 min).
The house is composed as follows:
* An entrance opening onto the kitchen/dining room/living room:
- a fully equipped kitchen: central island that can accommodate 6 people and its 6 bar stools, all communicating with a table that can accommodate 10 people and its 10 chairs, fridge freezer, dishwasher, gas hob, hood, electric oven , microwave, 2 coffee makers (one classic with filters and another with tassimo capsules), toaster, kettle, raclette machine, fondue machine, 1 baby chair
- a living room with 2 sofas and a connected TV
* 1 bathroom including a walk-in shower, single sink, towel dryer, changing table, hairdryer
* 1 bathroom including a bathtub, double sink, hairdryer
* a separate toilet
The beds:
- a bedroom with a 160x200 double bed and bunk bed
- two bedrooms with a 140x190 double bed
- a bedroom with a 160x200 double bed
Each bedroom is equipped with built-in wardrobes with sliding doors.
- a travel cot
New, quality bedding.
* a basement accessible from the kitchen and composed as follows:
- a laundry room with sink and washing machine
- a games room with a billiards table, table football, a darts game, a sofa area with a small refrigerator
* a terrace adjoins the house with a view of the swimming pool and the surrounding nature (terrace sheltered by a pergola): table that can accommodate 10 people, 10 chairs as well as a charcoal barbecue (bring your own charcoal)
Outside: fully enclosed and wooded land with:
- a parking
- a ground swimming pool 7mx3.5m and double bottom 1.10 and 1.45m, heated from May to September by heat pump, with free access and secured by a bar cover and fence with gate
- a 5-person jacuzzi under a semi-open sheltered carport, accessible all year round
- a pétanque court
- 10 deckchairs

The accommodation is equipped with a wood pellet stove for heating, air conditioning, wifi (fiber optics) and mosquito nets on all openings (with the exception of French windows).
The accommodation is non-smoking.
Bed linen and shower towels are provided and included in the price.
Maintenance of the swimming pool and jacuzzi is ensured, regularly during your stay, by me.

Currently, improvement work on the exterior is in progress (installation of the spa, swimming pool fence, construction of a pétanque court, etc.) and furnishing is in progress inside the gîte, it is for this reason that Other photos will be published later.

The rest of the year: 2 nights minimum
Arrival from 6:00 p.m. and departure, EXCEPT SCHOOL HOLIDAYS, can be until 4:00 p.m.
