O hotel está decadente. Sinais de má conservação. Café da manhã fraco. Roupas de cama antigas e manchadas. Chuveiro não esquentava. Apenas um secador de cabelo para todo o hotel. Funcionários com dificuldades para resolver problemas.

Excelente custo/benefício

O hotel impressiona pelo espaço de lazer com muitas piscinas aquecidas e um belo restaurante. Quartos e áreas comuns limpas e muito bem conservadas. O único porém é aquele problema crônico de hotéis do gênero: falta serviço de atendimento ao hóspede na área de lazer. Tem um bar equipado na área da piscina mas ninguém para servir. Deveriam otimizar esse atendimento com uma forma prática de solicitar bebidas e porções enquanto estamos desfrutando a área comum que, como dito, é excepcional!

Havia barasta e veneto de rato pelos corredores do hotel, as feutas no cafe estavam pasaadas o ovo parecia esquentado e nao feito na hora, o suco nao erq natural. Pelo padrão do hotel achei que seria melho.

A nossa viagem não foi uma viagem a passeio… mas tinham muitas famílias com essa finalidade… pois o hotel, pelo menos na nossa data, tinha recreação para as crianças! Achei que a limpeza do local do café da manhã deixou a desejar… tinham formigas nas bandejas de servir!
