What a gem of a place, a real find and fantastic alternative to a hotel. Amazing location, great apartment, quiet, yet so central. Really, very pleased we did this over a similarly priced hotel. Our contact Jaime was amazing, in the run up and during our stay. You just couldn't want for better service, they even let us drop our bags off early, before the room was ready. If in Boston, this is a brilliant choice.

Back Bay Visit

We needed a place for 2 nights for a college visit. This place was perfect. I was a little caught off guard with the request for a cleaning fee after booking. That increased the price to the same as a hotel. That should be disclosed before booking. Overall great place.

Wonderful apartment, excellent location. Lots of shops and restaurants! Once you make the reservation, communication is lacking so far as instructions to access the apartment, but the staff is pretty responsive once you call them. No issues with the apartment, pleasant residents and great concierge service. I would rent this place again.

This is a lovely clean unit located in the heart of the Back Bay. Great walking distance to shopping and lots of restaurants. Upon arrival, it was noted that the toilet paper holder as well as several of the handles to the dressers were broken. Despite request to fix them no repairs were done There were not enough towels or washcloths. A text to our contact addressed the towel shortage. Never got the washcloths The unit was clean and kitchen was adequate The building staff is very friendly and helpful

The reception team is just wonderful as well as location. The place is clean but no view at all, noice from heater of building if you open window. Bed not comfortable and way to light the comforter.

The apartment was really nice and in a perfect location. Only complaint is staff at front desk (daytime) who don't seem keen to answer questions for people who are not usually residents in the building. But they also aren't the ones to answer the phone when you call the property, and there doesn't seem to. be much communication between the two parties.
