We had to leave because the advertised fast internet was non existent and the beautiful pool was missing. No proper lighting in the elevator the door had a mind of it's own. Our stay lasted lest then an hour and we left.

Solid Cheap Place, Would Stay Again

This is a discount hotel where you get what you pay for. It is clean enough and safe enough for me to book it a second time, and I will use it in the future. The staff was very friendly, I can only imagine bad reviews are coming from people who thought they were booking a $300 night hotel room with a 5 star breakfast.

The staff was friendly at check in. WiFi was absolutely horrible and there were random potent smells permitting the hallway and our room. The recliner in our room looked like it had been torn up by a herd of cats and the bed was super uncomfortable. But for the price… I guess it was fine.

Chose this place for easy access to Boston Logan Airport. It's roomy with all needed facilities. Room was clean. The Walmart next door has everything you need for meals. But, the lounge chair in the room is in such terrible condition that Goodwill would reject it. The window has broken glass. And my credit card has been charged twice.

Asked for room service at the front desk and got nothing. They ask you to get used towels to front desk to change it, wasn't supposed to be delivered to the room? My wife got a towel full of hair, disgusting. The best thing is the location, get quick to Boston and to Salem.

The furniture in the room look like it came from a dumpster a ripped up recliner chair with stains all over it. The towels did not look clean just put back on the shelf. Still had somebody else’s pubic hairs all over them. The bathtub was full of hair. Would never try to take a nice hot bath in this place. The one good thing I can say is the front desk Staff is very friendly.

When arriving we were greeted by night staff and checked in. Upon entering the room it is as if someone smoked a carton of cigarettes in the room. When I went to ask for a different room staff noticeably changed demeanor and said that he couldn’t do anything. Could not give us a new room or refund us. Left us stuck in a room to then find a completely ripped apart chair, uncleaned fridge, and broken furniture,, stains and spots all over everything, a tv that had no connection, as well as a tub/shower that is pouring out onto the ground(somehow without user error) As someone who is always in the Boston area I will 10000% be staying somewhere else.

Josh's April 2025 visit to Saugus MA

My stay in Saugus was good. I was in the Boston area for some personal business. The hotel was conveniently located on US 1, not too far from the Tobin Bridge and Sullivan Square to park, while visiting Boston. The bed was comfortable. At the time of year that I visited, I found that having the constant fan on was not necessary. My room had a refrigerator, microwave and an electric "hot hob". I only used the refrigerator and microwave for leftover food. The bathroom was nice and spacious. The shower worked fine, the toilet likewise. Although there was not much of a selection for breakfast, I enjoyed it. At the time I was there, they had muffins and instant oatmeal. The coffee was good. Checkout was simple, just take everything out of the room, and drop the key in the marked box. The next time I return to Boston, I will likely return to this Extended Stay hotel.
