Traveled here from out of state just to find out this place was closed completely down by city of Bossier, to add injury to insult I spoke to someone here the night before. Had to find another hotel.

Lots of crack heads and hookers running around all hours of the night. Carpet was torn, no ashtrays even though requested smoking room. Had to request for towels. No shampoo. Door was hard to open. I’ve machine not working on floor. But worse thing was we always had to request reset of card key.

I NEED A REFUND!!!

THE SERCICE WAS HORRIBLE, THE GUY AT THE FRONT DESK CLAIM HE COULDNT FIND MY RESERVATION EVEN AFTER GIVING HIM MY RESERVATION NUMBER. FINALLY HE FOUND IT AND GAVE ME THE KEY TO WHAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE A NON SMOKING ROOM. THE ROOM SMELLED HORRIBLE AND THE BED COVERS HAD SMOKE STAINS AND HOLES IN THE COVER. THE ROOM NEXT DOOR WAS BEING REMODELED SO AT 7AM ALL I HEAR WAS NOISE FROM THAT. I WOULD NEVER STAY AT A DAYS INN AGAIN!!!

There was no iron in the room

There was no iron in the room and when they did give me one it didn't work. I was promised two queen beds and had one full bed. I was assigned wheelchair accessible room with wheelchair accessible shower without my knowledge

mistakes were made

personally I think deciding on this hotel was the worst decision I could've made. there was mold growing in the bathroom on the ceiling, the toilet wouldn't flush, there were short black hair all over everything in the bathroom and it was just disgusting, the tv made a high pitched whining sound, the room was "non-smoking" yet smelled of stale smoke and wet dog, the carpet was disgusting I went barefoot and the bottoms of my feet turned black, the security latch locked me out of my room and maintenance acknowledged that due to that lock that that was common. honestly I could go on for days. please don't make the same mistake as I did.

Really nice place to stay in Bossier City

Beautiful area, very close to where we needed to be, great price, convenient, right off I-20 with a lot of places to eat, shop, get gas, etc. right around the corner. Very quiet on the inside which was amazing considering all the noise outside from other people and the interstate. Will be back next time we go to visit my sister and birth mother,

The hotel staff was VERY RUDE. There was someone in the front calling the law because someone came in his room while he was in shower and stole phone. I had reservation and it couldn't be found. So I was over charged at 3 am in morning. It was a horrible experience. That will never happen again.

NASTIEST HOTEL IVE EVER BEEN TOO

CHECKED INTO TO ROOM 202 AND IT SMELLED SO BAD OF SMOKE YOU COULD BARELY BREATHE AND THE FLOOR WAS ABOUT TO CAVE IN BY THE AC UNIT. THEY SWITCHED US TO ROOM 240. IT SMELLED BETTER THAN THE FIRST ROOM BUT THE SHEETS WERE NOT CLEAN, THERE WAS A SPOT FROM THE PREVIOUS GUEST "RENDEZVOUS" I WENT BACK TO THE FRONT DESK AND ASKED FOR A REFUND & THEY TOLD ME SINCE I PREPAID THAT I COULD NOT GET A REFUND. THE MANAGER TOLD ME HE WOULD GIVE ME A REFUND BUT I WOULD HAVE TO GO THROUGH EXPEDIA. I CALLED EXPEDIA AND THE MGR TOLD THEM I COULD ONLY HAVE A 60% REFUND. IT'S BEEN 2 DAYS AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL BACK ABOUT A REFUND.

Unacceptable

Room was not ready. Was sent to two different rooms before finally getting a clean one. Was told they would bring us towels and we asked several times. Received a wash rag (which was left on door knob outside) but never received any towels. This was the worst experience I have ever had. Was suppose to have smoking room but did not. Only thing received asked for was a room on bottom floor. Handicap accessibility was not received.

Drive on

We stayed one night while in route to a family reunion. The pictures on the site do not match the room at all. The sheets has signs of previous occupants. The spreads had large holes in them. The bathtub was dirty as well. The curtains were missing rings to hold them up. It was not the Fays Inn of my childhood.

I was not happy with my experience. The lady's at the front desk was very friendly. But the rooms need to be upgraded. The tv need to be upgraded as well.
