- Mediocre service
- Uncomfortable and old beds
- Noisy, you can not move a centimeter without creating quirky noises
- We got a room without toilet even it was booked
We will not come back, 100% for sure and I recommend to stay somewhere else.

"We had ordered for 5 persons and two rooms - we had to ask for the extra bed twice - and help with beddings. there is only one restaurant in the area and they were out of two out of three main courses. we were served 5 pieces of pasta for 10.50 euros "

"Cozy hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff in the middle of an incredibly charming city.
Could have been more thoroughly cleaned and the bed/pillows were not the softest things you'll experience.
We experienced great service and the location in the oldtown of Güstrow was lovely. "
