Huge disappointment

Most of what was described in the website was inaccurate: the spa and pool were in a different building, there was no room service unless requested, there was no food service, the toilet smelled really bad, the wifi didn't work and there was no free parking.

Very good hotel

Very comfort beds, excellent spa, very good room service (tasty and reasonably priced). The breakfast choice is limited but still good. The negatives: the room cleaning should be requested, the location is far away from everything.

Simply the best hotel in Bakuriani

Best Western Plus Bakuriani hotel already has a good reputation for its great ambiance, and thanks for it's nearby ski resort for which we've decided to stay at this hotel this week. It's truly one of the best hotels we've experienced in Georgia so far. Great services, superb room, very good restaurant and above all very friendly and helpful reception staff especially the girls who are doing their job in a very good and professional way. If you're visiting Bakuriani and not too worried about the room rates, I highly recommend Best Western Plus Bakuriani hotel.
