The location is great! I was on a business trip to Bonn-Rhein-Sieg Sankt Augustin and it’s around 5 mins by train, the train station is next to the hotel with access to Bonn, cologne and others, there are many restaurants in front. The self check in is easy

Koncept Hotel H2O

This is a comfortable hotel. Spacious bathroom. Clean. Decent size room. Only thing missing was no air conditioning (it was a particularly hot day when I was there). Location could not be any better - right by station. Check in is via machine which gives out the key card.

Robot hotel with rude and useless service hotline

Had arranged to get access at 1 pm. But since this is one of the hotels where everything is automated, I could not even get in. Access code nowhere to be found on the hotel app. But once inside one has to generate a QR code - which was rejected. Calling the hotline was extremely frustrating since they outright denied that someone could have possibly guaranteed access by 1 pm. ("I can't imagine that") hat to get a special number from the maintenance team to get through to someone with some competence. A super annoying experience

The room on 4th floor was nice although extremely hot. The elevator was broken. The taxi could not find the place because the GPS address sends to a dead end with constructions.

A very basic hotel with no staff!!!

Arrived to find I couldn't get in, despite the given door code...and no staff anywhere to help. Phoned the helpline to be told the door was broken but I could access the hotel through the restaurant next door..but had to wait an hour til it opened!! Room was very spartan..no fridge, no safe..not even a bottle of water for what was not a cheap priced room. Would not recommend and won't be using this hotel chain again despite its location close to the station.

No elevator, Area is very unsafe, lots of homeless

I had to walk 4F up with my suite case with my injured ankle, since Elevator was out of order. I was told that it was elevator had been broken for a good while, but they only told me just before my arrival. I asked them to move my room to lower level but they refused and instead told me to cancel the booking if I can't walk up 4F. There was no other hotel nearby so I had no choice but accept it and climb 4F up with my suite case with my injured ankle. This place doesn't care anything about customer. They just want to do the very minimum. On top of that, there were more than 150 crazy homeless drug addicts screaming outside throughout the night and I felt very unsafe. I don't recommend this place at all.

Ich war von der Unterkunft und der Lage sehr begeistert. Allerdings war das Zimmer unfassbar warm und auch nachts war es nur bedingt möglich den Raum runter zu kühlen. Eine Verschattung von außen oder Klimatisierung wäre wünschenswert.

Je me suis retrouvé bloqué à la borne après minuit, ma chambre n'était pas prête et l'automate ne m'a pas donné ma clé. J'ai du dormir dans ma voiture. Impossible d'obtenir un remboursement ou une réduction, il y a toujours une excuse... je ne recommande pas du tout

Aufenthalt mit Abstrichen.

Der Eincheck-Automat hatte leider nicht funktioniert und es konnte dadurch keine Zimmerkarte erzeugt werden. Wir mussten ca. 30 Minuten warten bis eine nette Dame aus Köln kam. Die Betten sind sehr, sehr hart… Die Lage ist jedoch sehr zentral und man konnte alles sehr schnell fussläufig erreichen.

Alles fand bei uns Digital statt. Für Fragen oder Wünsche kein Personal Vorort! Unterkunft groß positiv aber sehr staubig. Keine Getränke vorhanden in der Minibar nicht mal Wasser! Das Bett war schrecklich sehr ungemütlich. Keine Parkplätze vom Hotel! Am schrecklichsten war die Handseife und Duschgel/Schampoo hat nach Medizin gerochen!
