Surrounded by fresh alpine air and open landscapes, it places you just 350 metres from the ski slopes and lifts, with shops and restaurants only 50 metres away.

Designed for two guests, the 25 m² studio is compact yet thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. The living space features a double bed and flat-screen TV, creating a warm setting to relax after a day outdoors. A fully equipped kitchenette with ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, and kettle allows you to enjoy simple meals at your own pace. The bathroom includes a bathtub, WC, and hairdryer, while a private terrace adds a quiet outdoor corner to take in the mountain surroundings.

The residence enhances your stay with a range of facilities. Ski lockers provide convenience in winter, while a fitness room and children’s play area add to the experience. A wellness area with hot tub, sauna, and hammam is available at an additional cost, and a heated indoor pool will be accessible from July 2026. Free outdoor and covered parking, along with electric charging stations, ensure a hassle-free stay. A ski shop within the residence also offers preferential rates on equipment and passes.
