Property is nice enough able to park in front of my room. Looking forward to having breakfast at the cafe. One problem I did have was that my map program show this property as being permanently closed, had me worried but I had faith in Expedia.

Proximity of the property to downtown and key locations is great. But the property is OLD and rundown. One of our two rooms was not cleaned or made up when we opened the door. The staff is very friendly and helpful, but now sure how they could miss that. There is one chair and a bed in each room. Unlike the beds, you can't change the linens on the chairs. They were disgusting. At least the bed linens were clean. Seemed to be a lot of weekly renters (fixing cars, just hanging around, etc.,). We chose the location and price for ease of access and some quick zzz's before heading to the airport. Great if your budget is low but you'll get what you pay for.

I will stay again.

If you pull in and think about leaving again...don't do it. The price is great, the room clean, well-appointed with amenities, and it was small, but comfortable. Also, there is one thing they do, that I have mixed feelings about. They do not save you card number, so when you check out they must check the room and after, use your card again to issue you a refund. I was not informed, so it made me late to my appointment, but it does make your refund faster. I will stay again.

Rusty water from the sink

Had to go to the office for a washcloth and toilet paper. One dim light over the sink. Wall rotting in the bath area. It was adequately comfortable to sleep and quiet enough however.

Very run-down, you definitely get what you pay for. Bathroom walls were falling apart, had mold. Not sure they cleaned the shower/tub. Ever. Walls were grimy and needed paint. Lingering smell of cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room. I did check for bugs, and didn't find any, so thats a plus. Staff was friendly. Parking not awesome.

The budget inn has gotten better it's all new staffed nice on the business side which is good. I honestly cannot blame the owner this isn't a good area. Protect what she worked hard for I respect that. The budget inn has improved they have cleaned thé area gotten new mattresses it always smells clean the towels are folded very nicely bathroom has been painted well cleaned. Always provided coffee and coffee pot. Laundry vicinities. The only thing I would give some advice on is the staff are too nosey I mean they gotta be I would agree on the property and room service I understand completely but that should be it. Great staff they are all a team you can tell. They take pride in their job that's nice to see. I feel I rated fair to the owner great work good example brutally hoñest. Good job guys.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS MOTEL. I MESSAGED EARLY IN DAY SAYING I WOULD ARRIVE AROUND 1AM TO CHECK IN AS I WAS DRIVING ALL DAY AND PURCHASED MY ROOM TO COME PASS OUT IN. WHEN I ARRIVED IT WAS 26 DEGREES OUT FREEZING AND I KEPT RINGING THE DOORBELL AND KNOCKING ON THE WINDOW AS WELL AS CALLING FOR 20 MIN. NO ONE CAME. DEMANDED REFUND FROM EXPEDIA BECAUSE EVEN THEY COULDNT REACH OFFICE. STEER CLEAR FROM HERE!

Towels were very raggedy and had stains. Comforter was ripped with cloth coming out. Women’s hair found in bed and shower. Shower rusty and moulded ceiling ceilings. It’s kind of what you expect for paying a very cheap motel but it definitely needs some work
