Below average expectancy

Room was OK however the indoor temperature was a bit cold. Even though they provide covers, I felt uncomfortably cold sleeping. Breakfast OK but cheese was not fresh and service slow and not so good. Had to get my silverware from the kitchen myself.

Excelente servicio y habitación

Excelente servicio, desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos el personal fue demasiado amable. La habitación perfecta, tenía todo lo necesario. Nos permitieron ingresar a la habitación antes de check-in, fue genial. Lo único mal fue el desayuno, realmente fue muy malo

Good value for my needs

Great for a quick stay in Bogota after a long flight. Was able to check in 1:30 am. Front desk was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast included (was ok). TV did not work. Good value and location for my immediate needs.

We had room 403 : 1 twinbed and 3 single bed in 3 rooms with separate bathroom. Wifi coverage was not everywhere in the property to much annoyance. Notifying reception did not solve the issue. Hot water during shower was also not very easy to maintain. Complain to reception twice but did not really solve it.

El hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado, la zona cuenta con numerosos restaurantes, en mi visita el edificio estaba en remodelacion, no contabamos con agua caliente y no habia servicio de restaurante despues de 6 pm

Solicite habitación con tina y me dieron solo baño con ducha, el ascensor cuando íbamos a salir no sirvió el desayuno aunque bueno, el lugar del servicio incomodo, de resto me colaboraron con la entrada antes del tiempo. Por este precio, se consiguen mejores establecimientos
