The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, I was even able to store my luggage for a couple of hours at the hotel before leaving because my flight was late. The hotel's location is good and a safe area, nearby has many good places to eat. We liked that the room was comfortable and they had breakfast buffet included, which varied every day with something new. Just miss a social area with pool or at least gym, which they did not have, but overall the hotel is fine, the facilities were clean and looked new.

This is a great location and hotel. First of all the hotel is clean, the service was fantastic, the restaurant provided quality options and the room was clean and provided all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect with access to restaurants and bars. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a comfortable and fun Colombian experience.

This was an excellent stay, me and my partner stayed here for 4 days and we had a pleasant stay. They have breakfast in their nice restaurant area, the hotel room is actually quite spacious, they have views of the city, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and it is the safer side of Bogota. There are many restaurants right nearby, you don’t have to pay for a taxi you can just walk right by. 10/10 recommend.

Quiet & everything walkable. Real nice rooms!

It was a nice hotel, with very friendly staff. It was a few blocks away from most of the bars and restaurants, which made a bit quieter. I could hear music from the hotel restaurant, but nothing that kept me up. I was upgraded for free, and the suite was spacious.

Room wasn't clean upon arrival. Sticky stuff on the counters. There was no "do not disturb" placard so I was disturbed daily. The staff were nice and the location and dining options can't be beat but arriving to a dirty room really couldn't be overlooked. I thought it was a little overpriced for what they offered.

I had the opportunity to stay at Liv Zona G by Sarasti in Bogotá, and overall, it was a great experience. Check-in was fast, and the staff were friendly and always greeted me warmly. After hours of traveling, the room, including the bed and pillows, felt amazing. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. I have to mention the hot chocolate tea, it was outstanding. I found myself looking forward to it on a morning. Well done to the chef! The only minor issue was that the sink wasn’t located inside the bathroom in my room; I’m not sure if other rooms are arranged the same way. Visitors are allowed but must present an ID at reception before you can take them to your room. Other than that, it was a very good stay.
