There is no air conditioning so you have to open the windows. That means that your room can get noisy as the traffic from the street goes into early mornings. Otherwise, the location is convenient if going to Agora and the staff is pleasant. I had a good experience and would recommend for a business trip.

Mala experiencia en Santafe real

La habitacion estuvo sucia desde que llegue, el elevador no sirvio en algunas ocasiones, las habitaciones contiguas hicieron muchisimo ruido, y no pude dormir ademas de que las habitaciones estaban junto a la calle y sin mucha comodidad. No me quede la ultima noche y no me quisieron reembolsar nada. Hotels tampoco ayudo

El personal es muy amable y servicial, las tarifas económicas. Mejoraría dos aspectos: ruido que se siente desde otras habitaciones (escuchabamos roncar a otro huesped) ausencia de aire acondicionado y estado de los elementos (papelera dañada y nevera con ruidos)

Decent place to stay in Bogota and much cheaper than the Hilton, but there are many cheaper and better options in this affordable city. Close to the Agora conference center if that is your goal. Give it a try perhaps. The staff are nice and they offer a free shuttle to the airport (or from, though the ride I requested never came and I had to get a taxi).
