I’ve stayed in this select and prime numerous times and the staff is always professional - the very large Buffet breakfast is wonderful and considering how close it is to the airport - which is a great advantage including their 24 hour shuttle - it’s amazingly quiet!

Good size room, clean and quite modern. The King size bed was extremely comfortable. The closeness to Bogota's El Dorado Airport was the reason for booking this hotel and am very pleased with it. The check-in staff were very welcoming and check-out very quick. A substantial breakfast buffet was included too - all in all an excellent good value for money hotel.

Handling of the food was questionable since I and the people staying at the hotel got sick after consuming the hotel's food. Elevator was not available the whole time of my stay. It was noisy at nightime. Did not feel it was very hospitable. Nothing bad to say about staff. Won't be staying there again.

This was a last minute booking due to a cancelled flight. Room was affordable and great value for the price. Close to the airport (3 minutes) and free Airport Shuttle was available 24/7. Breakfast started at 5am which was good, because we had an early flight the next day.
