they inspected my room before they allowed me to checkout the hot water took several minutes to get hot then hot for about five minutes then cold again

Inconformidad

Falta aseo en las baterías sanitarias,encontramos el baño sucio,sábanas manchadas al igual que los edredones,un olor a viejo,húmedo u mohoso en el ambiente de las habitaciones,cuando la reserva nos dieron un precio y luego nos pusieron show en el cobro del IVA y no nos permitían el acceso a las habitaciones si no lo cancelabamos de inmediato. Nos querían cobrar un servicio adicional de lavanderia. Hay que capacitar más en atención al cliente al personal de recepción. En general este hotel eccoin no se lo recomendaría a nadie!

No realizan limpieza a diario y además los implementos de aseo no los dan a diario mejor dicho la habitación está limpia y con los implementos de aseo cuando la entregan porque después se les olvida qué hay un huésped y que deben realizar el aseo así el cliente salga tarde

The room we stayed is was on the 2nd floor right above the reception desk. A narrow metal stairway is what you took to get there. Because everything was cement or tile every conversation and noise, especially when anyone walked on those stairs, echoed loudly. The vinyl mattress covers made sleeping even more difficult. The rooms were tiny

Pésimo hotel y servicio

El personal de recepción es muy deficiente, no colaboran, las habitaciones son viejas, se oye todo el ruido de las demás habitaciones como también lo que hablan, la ducha de baño estaba tapada se arma un piscina, el televisor es muy pequeño, es general es pésimo el hotel para lo que cobran.. más nunca me hospedo y mucho menos lo recomiendo..

Enkelt hotell med okej rum, inget utöver det vanliga. Dushvattnet alltid för kallt, Dock väldigt centralt bra löge inte minst för att gå på diskotek bara några gator bort. Frukost inkluderad.

Una habitación demasiado fría... con olor a cigarrillo que para ellos no existía ... y solicitamos una acomodación para uno de nosotros que se le había acabado su Teserva pero no su estadía y prefirieron que nos fuéramos a pagar por ese huésped en otro lado... como pierden ese $$$!!!

EN GENERAL UNA EXPERIENCIA ACEPTABLE

En general es un buen hotel, cómodo y limpio. Ademas muy bien ubicado. Lo único que no me gusto es que dentro del hotel no hay cocina ni restaurante entonces toca salir del hotel e ir a otro para tomar el desayuno y la ultima noche y parte del ultimo día por un daño en la zona no hubo energía y no note ningún plan de contingencia para que los huéspedes no nos viéramos afectados por la falta de energía

El hotel es sencillo (más sencillo que lo que se ve en las fotos), en hoteles.com fue bastante económico, pero considero que su tarifa plena es bastante alta para lo que ofrece. En general es aceptable para una noche si es quei no se es muy exigente en la calidad. Lo bueno es que es muy central, muy cerca del estadio y bien conectado con transporte publico, centros comerciales y el aeropuerto. Tiene agua caliente que es una necesidad en bogotá. Lo malo es que se percibe un olor fuerte a humedad o mugre en algunas de sus habitaciones, el personal del hotel es muy poco diligente (no se preocupan por el bienestar de los huespedes, ni en pedir un taxi). y es mas sencillo y rustico que lo que las fotos publicitarias del hotel muestran. Además te cobran además d eun impuesto (que en hoteles.com lo indican) otro valor con base en la tarifa que no lo tiene un estipulado, entonces me parece que falta transparencia en ese aspecto, porque temrina uno pagando mas de lo estimado.

Mi peor experiencia en bogota

Pésima mi estadía en ese hotel... fue horrible por ese precio un puente de la autopista hubiese sido mejor... el hotel es viejisimo la habitacion horriblemente pequeña el baño asqueroso... no debería llamarse hotel... un hostal hubiera sido mejor...

The staff is very nice. The place is well located and reasonable price. The room on the other hand wasnt even close to the one they have on the pictures. The beds weren’t very confortable and the room was small for a 3 adult reservation. Bottomline, you get what you pay.

Mi experiencia inicia desde el momento que ingresar al hotel. La zona estaba bien ubicada, pero no cumplía ni con el valor estipulado por la página ni con las fotos adjuntas a la información del hotel. Nos asignaron una habitación sencilla donde se escuchaba todo el tráfico, no tenía ventilación, el baño en condiciones deprorables, las camas incomodas, el aspecto físico del hotel no hacia alusión a las fotos y muchos menos cargar 80.000 pesos por noche. Si este hotel sigue en esta plataforma bien deben ajustarle el precio (por una noche allí pagaría $30.000) o publicar fotos que sean acorde a la realidad del recinto.

En general mal, los baños sucios, las instalaciones viejas y en mal estado, en la pagina solo se evidencian las mejores habitaciones pero la realidad es otra, los huespedes hacen mucho ruido y la administracion no hace nada por solucionar esto.
