El hotel es regular, pero buena ubicación

Cuarto con mala limpieza, se encontraron sucias las sábanas de la cama. El personal del hotel fue muy formal y prestó ayuda. El desayuno fue malo.

Al registrarme mi hija de 3 años empieza a jugar dentro del hotel, subo al 3 piso, me instalo en el cuarto,al salir bajando las escalas observo que estaban haciendo arreglos donde tumbaron unas paredes y estaban destapadas no habia señalizaciones la chica de recepcion en ningun momento me lo hizo saber esto me indigna pq mi hija estaba jugando y facilmente pudo haber ocurrido una tragedia ya q se pudo haber caido desde el tercer piso le comento esto a la recepcionista y su respuesta era que me devolvia la plata para q me fuera para otro hotel y dice que mi hija le ensucio el piso esa fue su solucion muy mal servicio recibi mi plata y me fuy para otro hotel

Buen dia, el hotel queda muy bien situado para llegar a la embajada Americana, es organizado, en general es muy bueno. Por favor tener encuenta la información que se tiene por este medio con ustedes, porque en el momento no habia reservación, menos mal había disponibilidad y hubo cirdialidad en el trato. Muy mal servicio empezando q llegue a registrarme y segun ellos nunca les llego la reserva de trivago y me toco buscar hotel por otro lado por q ellos dijeron q no tenian habitaciones. No se para q ofertan si no van a cumplir

algo ruidoso, pues estaban haciendo adecuaciones al hotel. No cobran lo que dice en la reserva hecha por internet, alla te dicen que debes cancelar mas dinero por impuestos

Poor check in.

The woman at the front desk had much confusion about our check in, and ended up taking about 30 minutes to check in. After that my only real complaint is that the walls are paper thin. So you can hear every noise your neighbors make, especially in the morning did this become an irritant.
