A nice older hotel that has been upgraded. I had a junior suite for the price of a regular room. Bathroom was very modern and functional. Located in the heart of the old historic district, the many museums and attractions were within a short walking distance. Plenty of restaurants nearby as well. Staff very helpful and responsive.

location is good for the Gold museum and Monserrat plus Candelaria, easy access easy to get taxi. Rooms are clean and basic, service is responsive. Breakfast has cut back from the first times we were there. I like cafe co leech but they now offer traditional American black to appease their international guests, unless it's true that the Colombians are now left with the worst coffee because the good coffee is being exported.

I rebooked transportation from airport which never showed up so we had to take an alternative means. Only one glass in the room and it was cracked. We had to ask for 2 more at the restaurant. The maid left our door and the door across the hall open and then left the area so when we came back to the room the doors were open with no one around! We were not impressed!

Parece de 2 estrellas. Desayuno simple y repetido todos los dias. Habitacion sucia. Tina no sirve. Sin calefaccion. No hay mini bar. Servicio a la habitacion solo hasta las 9pm. Hay mejores hoteles a mejor precio con mejor servicio y mejores instalaciones.

Extremely helpful staff which would help with everything. The building itself is a bit dated but the bed comfortable and the rooms clean and sufficient. My initial room was on the street so it was a bit loud but we changed it to the other side where unfortunately was a bit dark. Otherwise everything was great and breakfast delicious and well varied. Incredible value for money, just note that hot water may need some running water before it reaches the shower (I believe thats an overall problem in Bogota)

La atención en el hotel es muy buena y con mucha predisposicion, es ideal para hacer base si queres recorrer la parte historica de Bogotá (museos, plaza Bolivar, Montserrate, etc) . El estado general del Hotel en si es bastante bueno, le falta actualizarse en varios puntos (tema agua caliente en las habitaciones por ej), las habitaciones no tienen opcion de climatizacion. El desayuno es bastante generoso.la conexion de wifi es bastante buena.
