Una falta de respeto

Llegué al hotel de madrugada y no me dejaron entrar, la puerta estaba cerrada y tuve que llamar a tres números diferentes que habían en letreros pegados en la puerta, a un número no le entraba llamada y de los otros dos no contestaron, un momento después salió una mujer que lo primero que me preguntó fue: "¿Usted de dónde es?", yo considero que eso es irrelevante pero aún así le respondí que soy de Medellín, cuando le dije eso la mujer me miró de arriba a abajo (con una mala expresión en el rostro) y me dijo que no tenía habitaciones disponibles, yo le dije que tengo una reserva, que ya había realizado el pago y le mostré el correo con la confirmación de Hoteles.com pero no me dejó entrar. Salía de un concierto, tenía el celular descargado a punto apagarse y estaba a la deriva en un barrio desconocido sin saber qué hacer, miré en el mapa qué hoteles quedaban cera (sin importar el valor) y los contacté utilizando lo poco de carga que le quedaba a mi celular, pero en todos me respondieron que no tenían habitaciones disponibles. Llamé al servicio al cliente de hotels.com y ellos intentaron llamar al hotel pero no contestaron, ahora tengo que esperar hasta 7 días para que la página reciba respuesta del hotel y poder tramitar la devolución del dinero.
