The hotel met all my expectations. It was nice, comfortable, and well located. The staff were amazing and helpful. Breakfast was really good with lots on the table. I will stay at this hotel again in the future.

I loved this hotel! It is very central, easy to get transportation and many shops and restaurants around. The rooms and beds are very nice and the staff is very friendly. Breakfast is really good and has free parking. Will definitely stay here again

I'd stayed here before a little more than three years prior, and I was glad to get back! I LOVE this area of Bogota. It's very safe, clean, and quiet. Upon check-in, I was upgraded to a MUCH bigger room because of my Expedia status. This room had a kitchenette (small fridge, stovetop for simple cooking/warming up things) a dinette set, and a couch! It faced the street, and I could see a little brook out in front. It is walking distance to shopping, salons, a mall--you name it. The restaurant here is great, whether ordering from the menu, or the 'super spread' buffet they have for breakfast with so much variety and eggs made to order. The bathroom was huge, my bed was huge--it was just great! The staff is super sweet and helpful there, too. I can't say enough good things about this place!

Very nice and hotel. Relaxing view of the mountains. Friendly staff and super polite. The room we got had a malfunction with the hot water system. They upgraded us immediately to a suite for the inconvenience. Breakfast was good. The only thing is that the sliding door of the porch doesn't close good and I didn't like that

I stayed with my family of 6. We had to take an UBER from the airport because of the language barrier with the front reception. Days before we arrived we emailed the information for them to help with transportation from the airport. when we got there the receptionist at front desk could not understand what I was saying so we had to take an airport shuttle service which was fine. COP 127,000 COP rather than $150,000 (about USD $35) COP that the hotel front reception would help us with. Apart from that, OSCAR was our guy. He was bilungual and also he went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable time whenever we went for breakfast. Btw the breakfast was really delicious and fruits were so fresh. Seem like they had fresh fruits delivered everyday for us. The food was good. The only thing we are not meat eaters and most of what we would want to try had ham or some type of meat. Overall, breakfast was our best part of the day at Faranda Bogota!

I really wanted to love this property, but several basics kept getting in the way. Rooms look stylish at first glance, yet the thin walls, doors, and single-pane windows offer no soundproofing. Every noise from the street came in clearly—traffic, honking, even conversations. There’s no A/C, so opening the window for airflow just made the noise worse. Maintenance is also an issue: the bathroom knob in my room was broken, and some moldings had come off the furniture. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all above the second floor, which made working remotely a nightmare. Towels felt old and scratchy, and even the plates in the restaurant didn’t match. The gym is outdated and extremely small—definitely not what you’d expect from a hotel advertised as 4 stars. On the plus side, the staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet was okay. But overall, this is not a 4-star experience. If I’m being generous, I’d rate it 3 stars at most.
