Me parece terrible que la niña de recepcion no se tomo la molestia de verificar bien la reserva, y como lo hizo de afan dijo q no tenía, que estaba cancelada y me saco del hotel, sin tomarse de la molestia de leer bien, sin embargo sali del hotel busque el codigo de reserva y volvi a insistir

Fue un fraude, los baños muy viejos con olores muy desagradables, mueble muy viejo olor a cucaracha. Me sentí estafada, no lo recomiendo, el desayuno dos torrejas de pan un huevo revuelto y tinto, solo duré una de las 5 noches, conseguí un hotel diferente, mejor en todo y por el 40% menos , con esta experiencia no vuelvo a solicitar hotel por esta pagina.

No Good

It's a house divided with rooms with old dated furniture and beds are uncomfortable. It's a old house, old bathroom; they really need to updated everything. Breakfast is bad no coffee no fruits very poor, no block out curtains. The noise from the street is terrible start it at 5am. For me it's not 3-star hotel I don't know from where they get it. Very bad choice for us. Positive: The "front desk" lady is very attentive and do her best to the guest and the cleanliness was not bad.

Buen lugar para estancias breves y seguras

En general el hotel está muy bien. Tiene una muy buena ubicación. Cerca de la Clínica Shaio. La recepcionista en todo momento se mostró muy amable. El único punto en contra, es que entraba mucha luz en la habitación.

Just okey

Stayed at this hotel for about a week, The rooms where okey, some of the furniture(closets) where in pretty bad shape, otherwhise okey rooms. I thought the location was excellent, a calm street just at the foot of a transmillenio stop 'shaio' and a main avenue so it was easy going and coming, relative to the city, the nieghbourghood was considered 'good'. Staff was nice and helpfull but not very communicative which i thought was a letdown. All in all just an okey stay.
