Personal experience

You get what you pay for. Hotel does not have A/C, they cut the hot water at late hours. The night of my flight I requested hot water and it was a mission for them to take care of it. I got all kinds of excuses, I could tell they didn’t want to open the pump. But it was done. House keepers are amazing and the kitchen staff is the best!

You get what you pay for. The room had no windows no ventilation. In an unsafe area. We paid minimal so I would say… we got what we paid for. I wish them best. They did a pretty good job for the minimal money we paid.

Avoid at ALL cost

The hotel is in a super sketchy area. The communication was bad before check in and it took several hours for a response about whether they allowed late check in. The water was ice cold even after they said they "fixed" the issue so dont wxpwct a hot or even tepid shower. Construction noise was pretty bad throughout my stay. Someone burst into my room without knocking even when I had the do not disturb sign on the door. Middle of the day and I was working. No knock makes me suspect they thought i was out of the room. Did not feel safe leaving my valuables after that. The final straw was I started to have major itching while in bed. I booked an alternate hotel and just ate the money I paid bc it was worth escaping on my second night there. Seemingly great value play turned into a nightmare. Advice: stay anywhere else if you can.

Reserve este hotel por 6 noches, únicamente nos quedamos una noche ya que los alrededores son muy inseguros para cualquier persona en general, incluso taxistas que utilizamos como medio de transporte nos sugirieron no salir del hotel después de las 17:00 horas, luego que varias personas nos comentaran que el área era muy peligrosa decidimos cambiarnos de hotel y perder el dinero de las noches ya pagadas.

Muy buena opción para quedarse en el centro de Bogotá, el hotel está nuevo, muy cómodo y bonito, el personal es muy amable, tiene un restaurante en el último piso con comida deliciosa y con una vista espectacular. Bien ubicado, hay mucho comercio alrededor, llegas caminando a los museos y la zona histórica de la ciudad. Todo lo anterior a un precio muy favorable.

Muy central, cerca a los sitios turisticos de interés, la zona es comercial la recorrí en el día sin ningún problema, lo mejor de todo es la atención del personal lo hacen sentir como en casa, y el restaurante en el último piso tiene una vista espectacular y comida muy deliciosa, lo recomiendo totalmente, volveré de nuevo.

Me gustó mucho este hotel, desde su decoración, hasta sus vistas de la ciudad, lo acojedor de sus habitaciones y lo amable del personal. Nos tocó ser los primeros huespedes, ya que el hotel tenía apenas unos días inaugurado. El trato fue excepcional. Nos llevaron frutas con un mensaje muy bonito.
