"The staff was so nice they waited for me to arrive at 11pm helped with my bags so accommodating the lady in the morning was nice as well great hotel near bus and train station tram stop is close by too"

"Heel mooi hotel met een hele mooie kamer (captains room). Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Je merkt wel dat veel van hen weinig ervaring hebben, maar dat wordt goed gecompenseerd door vriendelijkheid. Helaas wel geluidsoverlast gehad op de kamer van schreeuwende kinderen op de gang en kamer ernaast. En om 23:00 nog harde muziek in de bar recht onder ons. De dreunen kwamen flink door. Na twee keer gevraagd te hebben of dat zachter kon, is dat goed opgepakt. Ook bij het uitchecken is daar...
