Amazing Vista

The hotel room had amazing views of the gardens & sea however the room itself although clean was tired & the balcony in need of refurbishing. We stayed on a B&B basis & the price we paid reflected on what we could expect. If we had been on an all-inclusive basis paying full price we would have been disappointed. Overall it was a good experience for a quiet holiday.

I would not recommend booking directly with the hotel, if you go through an agent, you have someone who can deal with issues. communication is difficult directly with the staff. the food on all inclusive is very disappointing. saving grace is the location and beach. I will not be going back.

Gorgeous place but not really a well-being resort overall as everyone is allowed to smoke cigarettes anywhere they want including the restaurants which is very uncomfortable and not a good wellness experience. The staff was friendly but most of them don’t speak English or another language. Food was quite good. The pools were very nice but they do need to do maintenance and better upkeep. Music was often also too loud, expected more of a wellness ambience.

Amazing 2 night stay

First impressions of this hotel were outstanding. The hotel grounds and pools were very modern and had the WOW factor. The ‘swim up to’ apartment was very impressive- clean, modern and very comfortable - and the pool itself was superb. The breakfast choice was vast and the food quality very good. I had a very enjoyable dinner in the Elani a-la-carte restaurant on the first evening - although the menu was only obtainable via QR code wasn’t available in English apparently due to a technical problem, so I had to use my google translate app. The meal on the second evening wasn’t as good an experience as on the first night. Overall a very enjoyable 2 night stay that I wish had been longer. Noisy children were a little irritating for me though as I mistakenly thought it was an adults only hotel when I booked it. All the staff I had contact with were amazingly friendly and helpful and a credit to the hotel.

Our 2nd time staying at Sianji in the last 5 years and we love this hotel so much we will be back again in September. The food at breakfast and the evening buffet was delicious and the staff service a 10/10 especially Ceyda with all her help above and beyond the hotel stay arranging late checkout and helping us to adopt a stray cat with communication with the vets in Turgutreis. We had a couple of issues with cleaning in our room and he mini bar being restocked, but once we raised this with Reception all issues were rectified. This is why I am rating a 4* instead of 5 for our stay, but that being said it has not taken away from our amazing experience and the beautiful hotel and facilities as we are about to book in to come back September this year. Thank you to all at Sianji and we look forward to staying with you again! :)

The Sianji Wellbeing Resort is a very nice hotel with superb swimming pools and gardens. I had booked a Penthouse Suite with Sea View and it was very impressive for it’s spaciousness and furnishings, with two very spacious bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms, lounge and dining area and also a large terrace with superb views over the pool, gardens and the Aegean Sea. My guest and I had a thoroughly enjoyable 4 night say but I wasn’t too impressed with the breakfast, and neither of the choice of food in the a-la-carte restaurant - although the staff we very polite, friendly and helpful. There were a few snags/ irritations such as :- I wasn’t able to open/close the blinds between the lounge and the terrace as the pull cords were tangled up. The TV in one of the bedrooms wasn’t working. The TV control for the TV in the lounge operated intermittently suggesting that the batteries needed changing - which was a request I’d made to the reception desk but it wasn’t fulfilled. The terrace jacuzzi wasn’t working, and lastly the guest pamphlet stated that “the minibar refill is free once a day” - but despite asking - it was never refilled. Despite the snags I would stay at this hotel again.

We booked junior suites for our stay and the rooms were well appointed, clean and had ample space, with separate dressing area’s. The staff were extremely attentive and couldn’t do enough for you. The pool area was clean and well laid out and everything is within a short walking distance, the restaurant, well being facilities, the private beach etc. The quality and variety of the food was amazing, quite easily one of the nicest most relaxing stays we have had at a hotel. Brilliant stay, which brilliant people. Especially the chaps running the car valet services, super friendly!!

Staff were amazing and very helpful in the restaurants, bars and common areas. We stayed in their smallest room however it was very nice and good enough for two people. Unfortunately i can't leave good words for room service and house keeping. They really need to work on that. We could not have 2 cups and glasses, and granuled coffee in the rooms for 2 days. Even though we asked them constantly. Reception was very helpful and nice to their guests. I definitely recommend this place to everyone. The beach is lovely.

Amazing 2 night stay

First impressions of this hotel were outstanding. The hotel grounds and pools were very modern and had the WOW factor. The ‘swim up to’ apartment was very impressive- clean, modern and very comfortable - and the pool itself was superb. The breakfast choice was vast and the food quality very good. I had a very enjoyable dinner in the Elani A-la-carte restaurant on the first evening - although the menu was only obtainable via QR code wasn’t available in English apparently due to a technical problem, so I had to use my google translate App. Our meals on the second evening wasn’t as good an experience as on the first night but overall a very enjoyable 2 night stay that I wish had been longer. All the staff I had contact with were amazingly friendly and helpful and a credit to the hotel. The only negative was that there were some noisy children in the adjacent apartment- which I didn’t appreciate as I mistakenly thought it was an adults only hotel when I booked it.

This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed. The villa we stayed at was dirty, outdated, and ants everywhere. There’s even no hot water in the bathroom on the upset level. The stairs in the villa are in such poor condition that they might break. We have complained to the guy at the receiption and he kept lying that the hotel is full! Hotel is empty! The food is terrible.. nothing tasty. For three buffet they charged us like $200 for food that is extremely bad. The hotel is extremely outdated. I’ll ever stay here again. Save your money.

The most disgusting place we have ever stayed at. The hotel placed us in a room that was deemed defective. The power cut out in the room for over 3 hours the first night, with contact back and forth and no one came to assist. When someone finally came, the electrical power sparked up. The shampoo and conditioner bottles were used Which went to show us that the rooms were not properly cleaned for us after the previous guests. We requested to speak to a manager and they said they will help, we heard nothing. The next night, the power cut out again after being changed to a different room. The fridge didn’t even close. No one came to attend to the problems for another few hours. Manager came and said he will refund us for the first two days, and speak to someone higher for us. They said someone will come and speak to us the next day. This did not happen. The third day, the power cut out in the whole hotel. None of the elevators had been working, My husband was in the shower with no water. The hotel didn’t even bother to apologise to any guests. The person below the owner said he will organise a full refund. Then told us to leave. He promised us he will give information for full refund. He then ignored.

Personel çok ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü. Özellikle açık büfe menüleri mükemmeldi. Her öğünde kırmızı ve beyaz et, balık mutlaka vardı. Et yemekleri mükemmeldi. Döneri ,lahmacunu , pidesi, tatlı çeşitleri, salatalar, peynir çeşitleri fazla fazla iyiydi..Akşam yemeklerine eşlik eden müzisyenler üst düzeyde bir müzik keyfi sundular, Kahvaltı menüsünde yok yoktu, dinlenmek ve güzel şeyler yiyip içmek isteyenlere için rahatlıkla tavsiye edebilirim. İşletmeci ve persolelin emeklerine sağlık.

Hayal kırıklığına uğradım. Restoran bölümünde yemek çeşitliliği yok denecek kadar az. Ultra herşey dahil satın alımı yaptım ben ama odama hakkım olmasına rağmen mini bar içerikleri yenilenmedi 3 kez aramama rağmen hem de Sahili çok küçük ve çok pis kum temizliği hiç yok Havuzlar aşırı Küçük ve hatta atlamak yasak diye komik uyarı levhaları vardı Çocuklar için etkinlik alanı oyun parkı yoktu ayrıca Personel azlığı had safada bi bardak su isteyin yarım saate geliyor Sahilde frozen istedim meyve suyuna kalıp buz atıp verdiler Tek güzel şey villalardı aileler için iyi dizayn edilmişti Onun haricinde verilen paraya yazık oldu
