Very well located, just by the beach. Excellent standard. Attention to detail. Generous breakfast. Some drawbacks worth mentioning: - Most of the staff don't speak English - The sea-side rooms are exposed to quite a bit of noise - Some deviations from the advertisement. There is no pier going into the water anymore. And no gym/yoga room. - The prices at the bar/restaurant are high - significantly higher than average for the area - The restaurant itself has a limited menu, and the portions are tiny in spite of the high price. We ordered one that was in particular surprising, since it was supposed to be for two people, and turned out to be a 100 grams piece of fish with no garnish or sides what so ever.

Great hotel

Nice hotel in front of the sea. Very good location. Staff are friendly and helpful. If you don’t like driving to Bodrum centre easy way to use mini buses nearby. Takes 30 minutes to centre and cost 60 Turkish liras (one way)

Average Hotel with Poor Service and Shabby Rooms

As a family of four, including two young children, we stayed at KHAI Hotel based on a recommendation. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The room felt shabby, with a broken cupboard that had nails sticking out and what appeared to be black mould in the bathroom, alongside visible dust. I raised these issues with staff, but nothing was resolved. I was particularly concerned about the exposed nails with young children in the room and ended up blocking access using the cot bed. The restaurant food was quite good, although breakfast was only average and often didn’t seem very fresh. Service throughout our stay was poor — we frequently had to ask for items two or three times, and often just handled things ourselves, such as fetching a highchair or bottles of water. For the price, both the rooms and service were below expectations. I would not recommend staying here for families.

Nicely decorated hotel but awful service

The hotel itself looks new and the rooms and the hotel is nicely decorated. The food is really nice, however, some of the restaurant staff would benefit from extra training. The pool area is quite small and the beach area is too. People go down very early and reserve all the beds so beware! The service we received was quite terrible on many occasions. It included not booking taxis, which we requested, leading to us waiting for half an hour several times. Please also be aware that the superior twin room and superior double room are not the same size. The twin room itself is a bit smaller while the bathroom is considerably smaller.! Yet they advertise them as being the same size and you pay the same for both rooms! When we queried it, the woman on the front desk, just kept smiling at me, as I was trying to talk to her, and then she never apologise. She looked very amused by the whole thing.
