The hotel staff were very miserable and only spoke to us when they had to. The food was ok. We paid for all inclusive which was a joke, the drinks were very limited and served in small plastic cups. There wasn’t any snacks or ice cream. There was only one kind of beer and the wine was disgusting, all other alcoholic drinks had to be paid for. We were the only English people in the hotel fif the entire week and felt quite intimidated by the other people staying there. There were fly’s constantly flying around us , at first we thought this was normal but after visiting other hotels and restaurants soon found out this was not the normal and that our hotel had s real problem with flys. The pool was lovely though.

Tamamen hayal kirikligiydi denizi zaten bataklik hadi giremiyosun otel havuzunun suyu bulanik bi garip hic cazip gelmiyor insana. Hizmet zaten sifir hijyen denilen bisi yok aksam bahcede oturamiyorsun haşerelerden kahvaltida yedigim o terayag gorunumlu neydi bilmiyorum zaten mide bulantisindan kendine gelemiyosun degil bir daha gelmek tavsiyede bile bulunmam . Otel odasinin dolabi rutubet kokuyor sineklikler delik bir cay bile vermiyolar vs vs vasat bir tatildi anlayacaginiz daha kaliteli otellerle ayni fiyat birde izmir den degisiklik olsun diye geldik ama gerek yokmus dikkat arkadaslar kaliteli bir tatil istiyorsaniz kesinlikle burasi degil her anlamda hüsran .

Please don’t!!!

Not even a 1 star hotel for this place. Rooms are overly aged and not updated. Our rooms window was broken, impossible to close. The door knock of our room wasn’t working so welcome to all thiefs. Bathroom ugly as possible and not clean at all. The towels and bed sheets were stained and not clean. Doorframe of bathroom was insecurely fixed and was able to fall apart at any time. Street dogs and cats were welcomed in this hotel FYI. Breakfast didn’t even have BUTTER!!! They presented a bowl of “butter” which they made themselves but which was horrifying. No alternatives were given. Can you imagine breakfast without butter? During vacancy? If you don’t want to ruin your holidays pls stay away!!!!

Very close to beach

We were there for a national Turkish holiday, Bayram. Without having many options, we stayed at Bitez Kassandra for 1 weeks with the all-inclusive option. We booked the hotel suite with a double room which sleeps 4 people. The hotel location is perfectly situated within a few meters to a beautiful beach. Unfortunately, the internet and wi-fi was very slow throughout the hotel and almost impossible to use. Additionally, the beds are hard as rock and gave me tremendous back pain :( The upside is the hotel staff and food in the all inclusive option, the location is great. However, I wouldn't choose this hotel if comfort is what you're looking for.
