"I very, very, much appreciate the staff solving a reservation issue that arose at check-in. My only suggestion for improvement is this -- when making the reservation, you can not see what "Half Board" really entails. We had an unpleasant surprise with respect to dinner cost, but that was far overshadowed by the Staff's willingness to change a non-refundable reservation."

"The hotel was excellent—clean, well maintained, and tastefully decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was very convenient, whether using public transportation or exploring on foot. However, the sidewalks in the area are quite narrow, so some caution is needed when walking. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Como!!"

"Stayed for one week and enjoyed every minute of it. This beautiful property has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and effortless. The breakfast is one of the best I had in my travels , suitable for everyone! Location is a short drive to the lake and we surrounding attractions. Highly recommend!!!"
