Disappointing. I payed for the package and they denied us breakfast, saying that we did not pay. There was no WiFi, there was not personal hygiene items (shampoo, soap) in the bathrooms.

El gerente o encargado comentó que no tiene pactado nada con hoteles.com, al final dio los cuartos pero no por los que se habían pagado, los demás empleados muy irrespetuosos, no reponían nada de lo que se usaba en el baño

Relaxed and comfortable stay

Very clean hotel in good location in the centre of Creek. Comfortable beds. And availability of tours at competitive prices should you require them.

Pretty place reminds me of an hacienda. They are remodeling the patio so no chance to relax in the patio. No remote control in room so had to ask for it. Also had to tell front desk about needing hot water to shower. They turn it off at 6pm. Friendly staff, good location

No tenían información de expedía en relación a la reservación. Cambio de hotel a otro de la misma cadena, pero no el que se solicitó. Los resecciónistas se ausentan del área de recepción y hay que esperar a que lleguen. Calentones apagados y aún así algo de frío. La calidad de atención a bajado mucho.

Pleasant room but the included breakfast and dinner was a real bonus. Everyone received the same meal which we imagine would suit most pallets - not too spicy for our Australian tastes. Transfers from the train to the hotel and later back to the bus station were included and much appreciated.

Mal no hay agua caliente tiene que pedir prender el calentador si sales en el chepe a las 6am yo hay manera de bañarte, si hay grupos de viaje les dan preferencia en desayuno y cena. El hotel esta a 3 cuadras de la estación del tren y el encargado de la recepción nos quiso cobrar $200 cuando pedí comprobante de hotel me dijo que le diera lo que quisiera le di $70
