Cute and close to town

Nice simple rooms. It was clean and you had the amenities needed. Breakfast in the morning was good and you can see lots of fish from your deck. The taxi boats zooming past are more entertaining than annoying

It was an amazing experience. Pretty quiet and to get shopping or good food you need to take the warer taxi to boca Island but all in all pretty good experience.

This was a our first stay and we really enjoyed ourselves. You can walk to multiple restraunts without getting a water taxi, when you need a water taxi it's a short ride. The breakfast menu was great. If you're a light sleeper you may want to bring ear plugs. The boat traffic can start early. Overall was a wonderful experience.

2 bedroom, great A/C , on the water, con, venient access egress by water taxi $1 nearby restaurants. breaky is ok. staff very helpful. Noisy from water taxis, bring earplugs. Occasional dogs barking.. all over Panama as they stay outdoors

Great location! Lovely paradise ❤️👏 this place is amazing, being at this island is magical. No coffee in the room, but there is coffee in the restaurant included every morning. No water in the room, in the restaurant they have or small market they have bottle water. One of the rooms didn’t have hot water and no cable, but the second have it nice. We love the experience, the owner a great person and the staff very nice too. Best place to stay, we saw all color fish 🐠 just there in the room deck, safe for kids, lovely views great location

It was exactly what the reviews say, great town and ao easy to get around on water taxis. Loved the floating bar nearby too. We.left a few shorts and they sent them to us immediately in Panama City, great customer service.

The staff was truly some of the nicest people in the world. It hurts that the hotel itself was such a bad experience, because judgement on the people alone they were wonderful. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was not what apparently it used to be. There are roaches in one of the buildings (in one of our rooms), the showers were peeling or moldy with bad water pressure. The sheets on the bed were not always clean and the air-conditioning barely worked. The key cards to the doors easily demagnetized, and some rooms just wouldn’t open in general. We ended up having to get three different rooms (only 2 nights). The first room switch was because the staff couldn’t get us into the room, and the second switch was because we had roaches in the room all night.

Excelente ubicación, con acceso a la playa a unos pasos, cerca de buenos restaurantes y vida nocturna, con un dolar podíamos tomar una lancha para ir a isla Colon, pero estar en la tranquilidad de isla Carenero. Son unas casitas sobre el mar que no tienen nada de envidiarle a otras más costosas, aire acondicionado, ventilador, agua caliente, caja fuerte, una neverita y una linda vista desde el balcón con sus sillas para tomar el sol.

El concepto de casita sobre el agua es muy lindo pudimos ver peces e inclusive una raya bajo la habitación, por desabastecimiento de la isla los servicios de luz y agua fueron interrunpidos sería buena que el hotel tenga su propia planta. El personal fue muy amable y agradable. Lo recomiendo.

I had a confirmed, non-refundable reservation for this property. The day before I was to arrive at the property, I get a notification saying that my reservation was cancelled, and instead it was rebooked for 3 days later. I couldn't believe that the resort and Expedia would do such a thing without my knowledge or consent. I wasn't even going to be in the area in 3 days, so for them to cancel a non-refundable, confirmed reservation and then willy-nilly rebook me for a night 3 days later without even asking me was appalling. Expedia should not allow its hotels to rebook guests at their own discretion, without the guest even knowing about it let alone agreeing to it. Just appalling. It ruined my vacation, since not only did I have to find another lodging for the night that they cancelled, I was stressed about them charging me for a non-refundable night that I didn't even book!

Loved the owner Adriano and the over water bungalow experience. However due to our preference of crystal clear waters we were not comfortable jumping in off the deck when we saw a sting Ray under us. Also once you jump off you have no ladder or way to get back up so you would have to swim all the way to the beach to walk back to your condo. Loved the breakfast and water taxis noise did not bother us. Just not such a nice island or beaches like Red frog ( on Bastimentos) or we heard starfish beach ( on Isle colon) Enjoy it’s worth the cost and experience for a few nights

The property is a bit run down and could use some Reno’s. The concept was cute. We loved the deck off the back but there wasn’t any cushions for the wood lounger’s so it was pretty uncomfortable. The owner and his Dog are super nice.

El dueño fue muy atento y nos dió recomendaciones. En general nos gustó la estancia y dormirse escuchando las olas fue una maravilla. Los únicos puntos negativos que podríamos mencionar son que las sábanas de la cama tenían manchas amarillas y que un día el agua de los grifos salía marrón, pero entendimos que el problema del agua fue un problema general de la isla y no específicamente del hotel.

Terrific 1st Time Stay in Bocas

This was my first visit to Bocas, so I don’t have the greatest barometer in comparing different places to stay in the area. Having just been to Costa Rica & Nicaragua in the weeks previous though, I’d say this was better than what I’d experienced in the neighboring countries. Staff were the nicest people and my little yellow cabin on the water for a week was magic !!

The convenience of being close to surf breaks and to the town of Bocas was perfect. The staff of Adriano and Angel were absolutely amazing and beyond friendly. Breakfast was included which was a nice surprise. I would absolutely stay here again
