It is a club with plenty of nice little touches like chocolates, lip balms, beach bag and slippers, to name a few. The mandatory 20% service charge meant we did not have to worry about tipping and the staff did not expect any. We took the boat to the Cloister several times and doubt it pleasant and convenient. Would definitely go back.

The service the staff and facilities are excellent the hotel is beautiful we stayed at the beach but they have other resorts that are on the ground that are all individually wonderful the food and drinks are some of the finest anywhere

Location, facilities, pools and beaches were wonderful. Front-desk staff at first was a bit unpolite, but later (after we dealt with someone else) it improved. Our waiters in the pools were awesome! Our waiter at Marisol? down-right rude.

We LOVED it so much we added another night!!! We can’t wait to come back reminded us of our trip all the way to capri but this is way more accessible. Service is amazing, food is amazing and amazing room with water view.
