Las instalaciones no nuevas pero muy limpio, el servicio por parte de administración excelente, el único inconveniente el piso de la habitación mojado tras una intensa lluvia .

Hotel decepcionante

El hotel es malo ya que no cuenta con estacionamiento grande, es demasiado pequeño y tienes que dejar el vehículo en la calle porque cada habitación no cuenta con su cajón. y si llegas demasiado noche ya no encuentras donde ponerlo y lo único que te dicen en recepción es déjelo afuera y eso si hay alguien en recepción porque la madrugada del viernes no había recepcionista! Cuando se supone siempre debe haber alguien al pendiente. El clima se enciende solo toda la madrugada de las dos noches que me hospede lo apagaba y se encendía a los 20 minutos y así toda la noche.. era un frío el que se sentía porque hasta eso la cama no cuenta con colchas o que este bien arreglada, lo único que tiene es una sábana con eso esta arreglada la cama. Además al entrar a la habitación se suponía que estaba limpia y en orden y oh sorpresa que me encontré con una cafetera usada con filtro y café de quien sabe que día. La puerta del baño se queda trabada y no se puede abrir hasta después de varios intentos. Simplemente fue una completa desilusión.

Bien pero con algunas incomodidades

Hsuite limpia con cocina pero sin trastes sólo microondas. A fuerza ir con coche pq no se puede ir a pie pq da a una avenida sin banqueta. La alberca estaba turbia. No ponen agua en cuartos.

HOTEL DE BUENAS INSTANCIAS

Todo en general-estuvo bien, salvo que en las habitaciones no ponen agua para el consumo humano y las rutas de acceso al hotel un poco complicadas, buen servicio por parte de las personas que lo atienden, ubicado en rutas de camiones que te llevan a todas partes.

Hotel buena ubicación. Localizado en lugar tranquilo, cercano a plazas comerciales grandes (Americas y Andamar) y plaza intermedia (Plaza Vela). Sensación de seguridad en la tarde y noche. Un Hotel de 2 estrellas con jr suite Terrible

Este hotel es todo lo que no esperas , almlahdas incomodas , no cuenta con repcion solo tiene una caseta de vigilancia , su restaurante es una maquina de coca cola solo tiene aire acondicionado en el dormitorio, Todo esta viejo y el precio no es razonable Si pueden traten de no asistir a estas casitas

good stay, nice room, location isn't the best

Good stay, the room was nice but there was a problem with the booking. Supposedly hotels.com didn't communicate with the hotel so all the rooms were full when we arrived but they all of a sudden they had one left (by cancelling someone else's booking). Here are the pro's and con's to the hotel: Pro's: Well cleaned on a daily basis, lots of channels (in English), big bed, good wifi, walking distance to Gallerias shopping mall, 5 minute walk to the beach Con's: Ants in the bathroom (probably from the humidity), problem with the reservation (I think the hotel overbooked), no restaurants around, 30 minutes by bus to the center.

Agradable , tranquilo, familiar y económico

mi estancia en el Hotel Paraíso, fue excelente, mi visita fue para asistir a un evento, y mi estancia era muy corta, no tuve otra opción ya que los hoteles estaban saturados. Pero la verdad agradezco el que me hayan hecho la reservación en este hotel, ya que fue agradable, muy tranquilo, habitaciones limpias y muy confortables. Se los hice saber en varias ocasiones al personal, porque su trato fue muy atento y amable. en recepción me atendió un joven llamado Jorge muy atento y dispuesto. Solicite una tarjeta porque pienso regresar con mi familia completa.
