"Good afternoon! I left a separate review for the restaurant, since it is owned by the same person! The hotel is nice and cozy. The rooms are nice and spacious. The hubby and I had a nice room with a great view since the beach is literally right across the street. The staff is very kind and helpful! However, we couldn’t connect to any of our apps on the television. We were limited to watch 4 or 5 channels. There’s a liquor boutique store within the hotel but it wasn’t open. It probably would have been nice if it were open because the restaurant has a bar but no bartender. The pool area is cool but you have to climb a good amount of steps to get there. The bathroom door doesn’t lock so have a lookout from a friend or partner just in case someone else thinks it’s available. If you’re looking for a nice cozy room, Hotel 39 is it. Now if you’re looking to spend most of your time in the hotel, you’ll probably be bored a bit. In the lobby there is a few games (Chess, checkers, dominoes, etc) to play while you wait for your driver or so. There’s suppose to be a massage store but it’s just a massage chair, lol. As I mentioned before, I left a separate review for the restaurant. I will say this, don’t stick to eating at Alexander restaurant. The staff provides excellent service. You can either get the Jamaican style breakfast or the American style breakfast. You can’t swap or mix them. For lunch and breakfast, PLEASE check out other restaurants within the area, you’ll thank me later!"

"Stayed 4 nights for a family wedding. This is a beautiful property overlooking the ocean. They are still rebuilding after Melissa but lots of progress been made. Mr Peter was very accommodating and made sure we were taken care of. The staff (wayne) was so humble and so helpful. Breakfast was very nice and they went above and beyond to treat us to the most delicious food. We appreciate their support and attentiveness to our group. Will be back in the future"

"The staff makes the place. Everyone was great everyone was punctual organized and on time. They eased my mind with it came to where to eat what were doing. I would come to jamaica again just to sit at this house and not do nothing else. Shoutout to deli our driver he was great, great energy great guy made sure no one would over charge us. Nikita was great she made sure everything was good. And the chef had the best food in jamaica. I didnt need to try no food because his food was the best food to have. Made sure my clothes were washed before leaving the to the airport. Top service 100% book this place you wont regret your decision "

"No pool, but the ocean is across the street. 24 hour security on duty. All of the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Restaurants, Starbucks, gift shops and a convenience store all within sight of the stay. Will definitely be back again. "
