"Loved the modern rustic décor of the hotel and happy with our stay. The toilet/shower space within the closed door area seemed very small and not sure how larger people could navigate it (we're both average-sized). Location was good to get to downtown (train) and other Blue Ridge sights. Area leading to and around hotel could use some clean up (trash and trash dumping along the roads/entryway). Overall, a good stay but does require driving to eat out, sightsee, etc., as not really walkable."

" Pleasant and accomadating staff. The stay was ruiined when we went to fill our ice buckeand found a dirty diaper which had been deposited there.The bucket was changed out T the front desk but there was no offer of any type of discount then or at check out for their serious health violation "

"This is a great condo overall, and we had an enjoyable stay. The location is one of the best in Blue Ridge - a short walk to everything. The decor is very nice and the kitchen is well-stocked. The mattresses were comfortable, but the pillows in the primary are well past their prime. The countertops, the refrigerator, toilets, and main floor areas were very clean. The primary shower had a good bit of pink mold and black mildew and could use a deep cleaning of the grout. Our only issue was a repetitive noise from the vent over the microwave. We were told that this is caused by wind, but no remedy was given. It was quite loud. "
