"We love this property and the people that manage it. They check in every day to see if we need anything g and to see how we are doing and they are so kind and attentive. It’s close to everything and so very convenient and you cannot beat the view. My parents used to stay here every winter so we have always loved it and just had an amazing time. We hope to be back again next year. "

"Don't be put off by the somewhat dilapidated reception area and inner courtyard. Our room was bright and spacious and the kitchenette was well equipped. A family run business, everyone was friendly and helpful and the housekeeping was excellent. The inn is in a super location with the beautiful beach and all its restaurants just over the road. This is a great budget option for anyone wanting to explore Anguilla."

"Excellent spot, great views. Staff were all great. Road up from Sandy Ground Beach was a little noisy at times but you get used to it and it just blends in. Mini-grocery story within steps is a big plus."

"We visited Anguilla for the first time to attend my cousin’s wedding and fell in love with the island and especially the people including the Topaz team who made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The views are better than the photos can convey and you can even see St. Martin looking to the south from the upper deck. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Anguilla and it would be our first choice the next time we return."

"The house was spacious and the hosts provided everything needed. The beds are quite firm, which is fine if you like firm beds. The futon is quite uncomfortable. It was lovely to have a washing machine and dryer that work well. The house gets extremely hot. A/C only works in the bedrooms. The area has tons of mosquitoes, much more than other parts of the island. The beach is convenient for some activities but is not a great swimming beach. The owner and property manager are lovely people. "
