"The property is lovely, different and very attractive in the trees. The room was large and in a nice style. The lady on reception when we arrived couldn't have been more helpful and spoke excellent English also. We really enjoyed that you get to use one of the four onsen for yourself/your party for 1 hour, just make sure you go at the designated time slot and the onsen you chose. There is English intructions to help you use the amenities as well as an explanation of the inn and their areas. The only issue is we found mold growing in the AC which we did use...

"The room was pretty old, but it was well maintained, so OK condition for the 1 night stay. Restaurant and food was great. But onsen was small, and the water was not hot enough. Considering the hotel size, and its location in Betpu area, onsen should be better than that, in my opinion. "
