"We had a great (3-nights) stay at Strandhotellet. It is a lovely stylish hotel with a quaint atmosphere, and a short walk to the beach and restaurants. We received excellent service and the staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming. Note if you stay during the warmer season: There’s no AC in the room or ventilation in the bathrooms. "Das Haus ist der Hammer, sehr modern ausgestattet. Der Gastgeber Morten ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Am meisten haben wir das Spa genossen, die Kinder haben sich gerne im Pool einen Film angesehen. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und empfehlen es wirklich weiter. Danke für alles"

"Nice balcony, which I couldn't use because smoking was apparently allowed and the cigarette smoke spread to my balcony and into the room when my neighbor smoked on his balcony! Strange that, in 2025, smoking is still allowed in the hotel."
