The bathrooms have also been updated, adding a fresh and modern feel while still maintaining the home’s classic Block Island character.
All four bedrooms are located on the second floor, offering separation between the living areas and sleeping space. Two bedrooms include queen beds, one bedroom has two twin beds, and the fourth offers a twin bed with a trundle, ideal for young kids only. This setup provides flexibility for a variety of group configurations, from families traveling together to friends sharing a week on the island.
Outside, the backyard is small but thoughtfully arranged with the essentials for summer living, including a grill for casual outdoor meals and an outdoor shower for easy post-beach rinses. Linens are provided, along with beach basics, so you can pack light and have everything you need ready upon arrival.

There are stairs into the house. The front porch has distant ocean views, and there is a small backyard for grilling dinner and activities. The main floor has a spacious living room, dining room and well equipped kitchen. All bedrooms are on the second floor; 2 rooms have a queen, 1 has two twins, and 1 has a twin trundle.
Guest Access:
The house is dedicated to guests. They have full access to house and yard. Only the basement is off limits.
The Neighborhood:
House is in a neighborhood with other residents. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM.
Getting Around:
This house is .25 miles from Old Harbor. There is a spot for 1 car maximum, but you can easily walk to town and the beach, so a car is not necessary.
Other Things to Note:
All linens, bath towels, and toiletry basics are provided. There are beach chairs and towels available for the number of people that the unit accommodates.
