Tucked away in historic Old Harbor, Summer Breeze offers the vacationer privacy and tranquility, easy access to beaches, restaurants, shopping and Block Island night life. Located about one mile from town, this contemporary style home boasts an inverted layout maximizing magnificent island views from the upper level kitchen, living and dining areas. The upper level spills out on to an expansive deck, extending the living areas of the house. There are two bedrooms and two full baths located on the lower level.

Enjoy panoramic views of Block Island from the interior through floor to ceiling french doors or by lounging on the upper or lower level wrap around decks. The double decks provide the option of glorious sunlight from the top and cool shade from the bottom after a day at the beach.

Prepare home cooked meals in the fully equipped kitchen and dine in the dining area which accommodates seating for ten. Additional seating for six is available on the upper deck. Patio couch and cocktail table are also provided on the upper deck.

The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, private full bath, and separate walk out to a small porch and back yard. The second bedroom has 4 twin beds with hallway access to an adjacent full bathroom. The den located on the upper level contains a full size futon. A room divider screens the den from the adjacent living areas.

Amenities include washer/dryer, cable TV, internet, outdoor hot/cold shower, exterior security cameras, and charcoal grill. Contactless entry upon arrival. Travelers supply their own bed linens, bath and beach towels or travelers may rent, at traveler’s expense, by contacting www.blockislandlinenrental.com. Up to two pets are welcomed at a pet fee of $150/pet.

Available during the high season for a full week minimum, during the off season for a 2 night minimum and/or monthly during the wintertime.
