What a beautiful hotel, you feel like royalty upon entering. Extremely helpful and friendly staff, and we loved the extra amenities that came with the hotel (private dock, sauna room, breakfast). I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lake Bled.

Outstanding hotel with amazing views of Lake Bled. Cafe Belvedere has the view that you see on postcards! Hotel also provides free rowboats for time on the lake. Lots of free parking and beautiful hotel grounds.

Wonderful service and ideal location!

This hotel is amazing! The service was outstanding and the location is ideal. It has a lovely view of Lake Bled as well as a private boat dock for those staying at the property. The staff is wonderful too. I highly recommend this location.

This is a beautiful and classy villa right in front of the lake, has beautiful old structure and landscape. Room is old but very clean and comfortable.

We had a big suite with stunning views of the Bled Island. We could see the view through our bathroom as well. We also had a big deck to ourselves. We did feel like living at an old vila. However, the deco was very simple and the furniture was very traditional as well. The breakfast area was very popular for photography.

Excellent service and good location

When we arrived our room was not ready and they did everything they could to make it ready as soon as possible and said sorry to us many times. We even got to eat for free because of the trouble. The room was amazing, large, comfy and with a spectacular view of the lake. However there were ants entering as soon as you opened the door to the balcony. The interior felt a bit outdated but nothing that bothered. Minus for having no AC, it was in the middle of summer. The restaurant was cozy and the people working there have really good service, can recommend eating there. Not too many vegetarian options tho. They have their own bathing place in the lake which is really nice to use and luxurious. They have saunas and bubble pool, however the saunas was not on in the summer when we were there. The elevator is really small and no automatic doors. Overall we had a very pleasant stay. Excellent service minded personell. Large parking area and the hotel has a park that you can stroll around in. The location of the hotel is perfect if you need some relaxing and want to be close to Nature.

Mooi gebouw op een toplocatie aan het meer van Bled. Het uitzicht was één van de mooiste rondom het meer. De kamer was ruim, heel goede matras en had een balkon met uitzicht. Heel vriendelijk personeel.

We loved this elegant and quiet property. It oozes 50s and 60's Euro opulence with the rich marble, period lighting, and deep pile red carpets. Who could have stayed here back then except either the terrifyingly powerful or royal? Our corner room could not have had a more special or beautiful view of the lake, island, and church. With windows wide open all night we felt so lucky. To accidentally have found this gem was fortunate and we would stay here again no question. The staff are beyond professional. Impeccably groomed dressed and have fantastic English language skills. Right down to the wait staff in the restaurant. Very impressive. We stayed here during absolutely perfect late spring weather. I could imagine, though, that during a heat wave it may be uncomfortable in the rooms due to no HVAC so I recommend cool weather travel if you have a preference like we do.

Great view from balcony room

Excellent location on the lake. Check in and check out were fine. Room 307 with balcony facing lake and island. Great view. Breakfast buffet was good and you can order an omelette or fried eggs - scrambled are available with the buffet. We did order the Bled cream pastry one afternoon which was delicious. They do offer a free one hour row boat rental. We used that to row to the island. One con was a smell from the bathroom which we alerted the front desk to on our first morning there. They added deodorizer which masked the smell but did not fix the problem. Slept both nights with the balcony door open for fresh air. Overall a good stay but would have to think twice if we were to stay again.
