We booked two family rooms and one single room. They were all decent size and clean. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel location was also ideal and within walking distance of the beach/promenade. We will definitely book again!

Just what we needed for our stay and welcomes groups which a lot don’t in Blackpool the room was clean with separate shower toilet sink good price for our stay as a base and great sized sports bar! Would stay again👍

Nice place for a short stay

Our family short stay at this facility was exceptional from checking in to checking out. Breakfast and cleanliness were up to standard. Overall a good and homely stay. I would definitely come here again.

Fantastic hotel and only a short walk from the main thoroughfare. We received a warm welcome on arrival and was an easy check in (I even managed to remember cash for the deposit). Room was small but exactly what we needed for a short stay. Shower was amazing, really powerful and had plenty hot water. Lots of storage for clothes etc and beds were comfortable. The bar was open but we never heard a peep from it. Was a little noisy at times with doors closing and floorboards creaking but not much can be done about that. Only thing I found hard was the blinds and curtains let in a lot of light, which was lovely through the day but could have been improved with some blackout curtains for the light mornings. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Blackpool

Excellent B&B. We couldn't fault it for the price. The room was small but sufficient with ensuite with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was lovely and very friendly staff serving breakfast. Just remember to bring some cash for parking £10 and security deposit £10 per person which is returned if everything is okay with your room but unfortunately not the parking fee

Basic is an understatement. Nothing likes the rooms pictured. Tiny room with no room to swing a cat. Bedding dirty, shower worse than a prison. Really poor. Only positive was the bar area and location. Even charged us £10 a night for parking which is not on the advert! Would never stay here again
