Weather was amazing, the hotel was dated, but the owners couldn't do enough for you. No cooked breakfast, but we was offered some breakfast. Would stay again.
This is A Fantastic Hotel had Overnight stay and was Very well looked after By Ian and Terry, Breakfast was Great Full English with pot of Tea or Coffee, and Juice s Available, what I liked about This was I was asked what time I would like Breakfast and what I would like..
There was also a wide Range of Beers wines and Spirits to Choose From at the Bar.. very Friendly People I would Definitely stay again..
Great loved my stay
Couldn’t do enough for me large hotels are lacking the touches still done at this hotel
Linen on tables
No dispensers in showers they haven’t cheated on anything at all considering how hard it is they still go the extra mile with everything also using named brands on such a small thing like cereal
Had the great stay the staff are next next level.

Needs totally updating was like going back in time and a good clean. But friendly owners who were welcoming and made a lovely breakfast. Beds comfortable but room was very dark.
Lovely owners, decent sized room, sheets and towels clean, very good breakfast
Generally a bit grubby, smell of cats and smoke. Needs a good deep clean. Yard needs tidying.

Horrid stay
The stay was terrible, photographs are very mis-leading of property and accommodation. Breakfast looked under cooked, no idea how it has great reviews. The price is extortionate at £185 for 2 nights, when we have stayed at other places for less. The property stank of stale smoke and damp when walking in. Place is very outdated and just not worth wasting your money.

A REAL GEM with Free parking.
Perhaps a little run down but the roooms, bedding and bathroom facilities are always clean and comfortable.
The breakfasts are first class and the owner and staff are friendly and so helpful.
Location near the North Blackpool station is excellent for local pubs, clubs and shops.

Overnight stay to visit theatre. Check in was no problem, our room Hawk suite, overlooked flat roof used to store slates, ladders and other building material, needs decorating in lighter colours, wallpaper makes room dim but apart from decor room was clean, bed was comfy and breakfast was very good

Excellent Weekend Visit
I booked here as I was working over the weekend in Blackpool and wanted a conveniently located hotel for the station, Blackpool North, as well as a quick walk to the Winter Gardens. The proprietors were friendly and organised, going above and beyond to provide help where needed. We had our breakfast timings sorted out ahead of time, as well as our food order, so that in the morning everything was very much ready for us, which was really good when you're running on a schedule. Also, I have to say in particular, the fried bread was amazing! In fact, the entire cooked breakfast was an absolute treat.
The room we were given was small, but it was cosy and homely, which helped us settle in quickly. While many aspects of the hotel are dated, particularly aesthetically, our room itself was not. It was actually quite modern in fixtures and fittings. Everything suited us just fine and we slept relatively well every night we were there. In terms of the surrounding area, you're never too far from anything. It's very much nestled in a prime location, just a short walk from the wonderful seafront area with plenty of things to see, do and eat. All in all, definitely a recommended hotel!
Ian the owner was great very friendly i just felt there was a lack of attention to certain things in my room like cleaning the skirting boards had dust on them the kettle lead was black could do with some upgrading like mugs in the rooms bigger towels.
Breakfast was good ian cooks it fresh to order very convenient for Blackpool north train station
Good location, ck3ean beds, hot showers excellent location, full breakfast, pleasant hosts..ok the decor might b a little dated but if you want the ritz go there

Fine for a couple nights
Take it with a pinch of salt, the decor is a bit dated and there is an odd smell in some areas but the hotel wasn’t dirty. If you want a hotel for a night or two that has free parking, that’s close to main attractions, including Bloomfield road, that you can comfortably lay your head after a few drinks and have a slap up breakfast in the morning then it’s great for the price. Staff are very very nice as well.
Hotel is a little dated but over-all hotel was excellent, Ian & Terry two staff members were top class they made sure your stay was comfortable and they went that extra mile to make sure it was
Plus it was so close to the north pier and all the shops and bars/clubs were at close hand
Absolutely lovely host, room was clean, bed comfortable, nice & quiet. The only down side was the grout in the showers needed some attention. Very good value for money & i would stay again.
Brilliant 2 days, lovely hotel and owners are so lovely and accommodating! Rooms great size, comfy and finished with a lovely breakfast! Booked again for our next trip
