All ok hosts very friendly bedroom clean and cosy slept well will love to come back again soon did not have your breakfast this time because we had to go home little earlier than planned
We have just returned from a 2 night stay and it was excellent 👍 the hosts could not be more friendly and nothing was any trouble to them, the location spot on, the breakfast was 1st class, the room we had was excellent along with the bits and bobs they supply in the room, we will definitely return in the future 😁

Had to park futher a way from the property as there is no parking.however designated parking was about 400 yards a way .4 days was 20 pound at the private parking.property was not bad ,good nights sleep, room was alright. Shower and tollet was ok,continental breakfast was included in the price was ok .you had to pay extra for the cooked breakfast, but was excellent 3.5 out of 5
Not very clean at all to the point whete we devided to bot eat breakfast there and tried to stay out as long as possible. Bed eas comfy but thats the only good thing about it
Twin room pleasant decor no view but not an issue very comfortable bed good quality linen ensuit good shower nice little touches in bathroom shaving kits shower caps toothbrush tooth paste nice fluffy towels.
Plenty of storage hairdryer big mirror flat screen TV a little small but adequate for room size. Excellent selection on the hospitality tray nice size mugs with Yorkshire tea, a fan was also present which was a must for me and my hot flushes my only criticism was a small dish of retro sweeties had been supplied and due to the heat they had started to melt and had made a gooey mess in the dish everything else was just great can't comment on breakfast as we don't do breakfast but had a lovely stay.

I had a lovely stay at the Newholme Hotel in Blackpool. The room was beautifully presented—clean, cozy, and stylish, with thoughtful touches like soft towels, a well-stocked hospitality tray, and warm lighting that made it feel really inviting. The amenities were spot on and made the stay comfortable and convenient.
The only thing that would’ve made it even better was if the bar was open as it wasn’t open at all during my stay.
That said, I really enjoyed my time and would definitely come back again. Great location and a peaceful, well-kept space—perfect for a quiet getaway.
From a friendly and speed check in ,choice of breakfast items was amazing .Bedrooms en-suite with all the little extras ,a little mini fridge and Alexa also usb charging points ,hairdryer .
Thank you so much we will be back

Weekend away
I have stayed here a few years ago and it was really lovely and clean. I was surprised how much it has changed. We were given a message for check in with the keypad number we didn't actually see anybody. In fact for the whole stay we saw nobody. The room was number 10. The shower drain was blocked so it drained very slow so you had to stand in ankle high water. The black mould in the room was really bad it was everywhere. My chest has been bad since I got home. This really does need working on as it's unhealthy.
Property dirty, no seating area, room dirty, shower filthy that the didn’t use it, no reception, looked if hotel wasn’t open to guest, wasn’t like this when we were here before so very disappointed
Amazing place. Couldn’t fault it. You need to get to know the owners. 2 amazing people. They will look after you regardless. And the neighbours are just as amazing. Ask for Jeanette 😂
Advertised as having a mini bar but there wasn''t one, also was told would have a free upgrade but no upgrade, tried to call reception and was told they knew nothing of a free upgrade, also said there is no mini bar as there is no staff on site. There was also no breakfast on site despite been advertised as a bed and breakfast!!
This is false advertisement and not good service and I plan on seeking a refund as I am an unhappy customer.

Near all amenities ,Clean bed shame it was on the top floor .Stairs need hoovering and room curtains need changing .Could do with a lick of paint.
Good clean room, comfortable bed, efficient shower in ensuite, poor view out from room 2,but vertical blinds and curtains.
Just be aware price includes continental breakfast, not english breakfast which is an additional £7.95.Perhaps they do not include english breakfastto make pricing seem better.Saying that had full english on one morning which was excellent {food was really hot but served on a cold plate.
Honestly this is a hotel in need of serious care and attention. I’ve never ever left a bad review but feel that this hotel needs a honest review. Please do not be fooled into following the previous 10/10s.
Entrance was filthy and has a horrendous smell. Our room didn’t smell though!
The room was seriously dirty, with stains on the sides, tea spoon covered in old coffee (clearly used and not changed for a clean one), shower tray and tiles with mould and yellow staining, NO TOWELS, and to top it off a view of a thousand cigarette butts from the adjoining building. Oh and we had abuse from this building at 1 AM.
Honestly, this hotel need a serious clean. I would have asked for towels and told the hotelier that my room wasn’t clean but they were not present either when we arrived or when we left.
I’ve always folllowed the reviews on Hotels.com but this time I was caught out with what seemed to be good reviews.
To the hotelier, I think this hotel might have been good a few years ago but you need to clean it and be present when people are staying 🤔.
Also, the hotel pictures are misleading and the bar etc was all locked behind a broken glass door.
Noce choice of breakfast. Bar well stocked. Rooms nice and some good accessories eg. Eye mask, ear plugs, slippers, and toiletries. No parking on site but up the road there is a cheaper one.
Lovely little place in a perfect area close to all attractions. Hosts were really lovely. Nigel definitely the chatterbox of the two ( so am I compared to my husband thou and I think that can make a fab team ) we ate in the bistro whilst there and the food was really nice and Breakfast was fab (especially the pastries...omg this fat girl was extremely happy with them lol). Room was very clean, loved the little added things like slippers, sweets and even toothbrushes which was bloody brilliant as I'd forgotten mine! The bed was THE most comfy bed I've ever slept in!!! The only thing that I can say in any negative way was that as Damien and Nigel are so busy around the hotel ( which they are doing a fab job of) we came down to the bistro to try out the food but we couldn't actually find either of them to let them know we was there. We waited quite a few minutes not sure what to do and then I sent an email to them to say we were there and soon after Damien came so I guess for ladies like me (scatty as hell at times) maybe a little sign or something on the bar to tell me what best to do in that situation. Thank you for the lovely stay guys x
