Enjoyable overnight stay. Food and service great a lot of home cooking. Plenty of options for people with intolerance to certain foods and preferences to certain food styles. Great siinger on and a game of Bingo (good prize money).Room with a sea view and nice twin beds very clean and well maintained. Plenty of tea and coffee in room and extra given if requested.

This hotel is beautiful food is excellent staff most are very friendly just a handful of ones that don't have a nice smile on there faces we had a lovely 6 days stay we were upgraded to a better room as 1st one was to small and not a good shower to get into with having mobility problems

Excelllent value for money. Comfortable large bedroom. Nice dinner and very good breakfast served in lovely dining room with terrific service. Very limited parking but plenty of free street parking around.

stressful

having had a very stressful week my husband not being able to accompany me on my trip due to a fall. i arrived hoping for a relaxing time. on checking in by young man on reception, he insisted needed to pay. i explained i had a free rewards night with Hotels.com he wasn't having any of it adding to my stress, no i must pay him he said. thankfully i eventually found my booking on my phone after a phone call, i was proved correct no apology i really could have done with out the hassle. my room 207 was over the function room, view of a brick wall. woman singer screeching and thud thud thud music thankfully i had ear plugs and the fan helped drowned out the noise. won't be staying again.

Value for money was excellent. A family room for me, my wife and our 3 year old granddaughter with a 3 course dinner and breakfast and free parking for £90 all in for one night. Fantastic. The staff in the hotel were first class as well and couldn't do enough to help us. Service in the bars and restaurants was superb and as a bonus there is a tram stop right outside the hotel for journeys to and from Blackpool central

Lovely hotel, we had Seaview twin room which was spotless however could do with refurbishing as was dated. Food and service excellent. Only downside was the wait for lift which at meal times was erratic. Would definitely return.

Excellent location. Public areas are all very clean and been fairly recently refurbished. As have some bedrooms. My room was desperately in need to being refurbished, it looked outdated though it was clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I’d stay again if I’m Blackpool.
