Good budget stay in Blackpool
Good budget no-frills option in a great central location very close to the town and a large multi storey car park. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Communication before visit was good. Room was small but perfectly fine for a budget option. Shared bathroom was clean and always available when we needed it.
Great host, good communication. Clean, tidy, just what we needed for an overnight stay. Heater provided. Convenient location for attractions & shopping, close to central pier. Would stay again.
We had a fantadtic greeting, we arrived at 8.45am and our room was ready we were not supposed to book in until 15.00 pm
Room was clean nothing was too much trouble very friendly people, will definately visit again
Thank you to all staff
Akbar and his wife were so welcoming. Price was great, managed to get free on street parking outside the front door. Room was compact and tidy. Great location for the Winter Gardens where our event was. Just want to say thanks for a great stay.
Rooms are small but immaculate, communication with the host was excellent and we popped in on the off chance our room was ready before 3pm and it was. There's street parking if you are lucky but a few car parks nearby.
Perfect spot away from all the noise on a nightime but not too far away to walk. Will definitely stay again
Great choice for my 4 night stay. Lovely, friendly couple running the Guest House. Gave me all the info about the place I needed. Clean and comfortable room and bed. Clean bathroom, nice hot shower. Plentiful supplies of tea and coffee to work through each morning before heading off to Rebellion. Will book for next year.

The hotel was what we expected for Blackpool, it served it's purpose but was very much your typical Blackpool hotel, if you are looking for just a room then this is the place for you (and to be fair You're not short of food options in the town!). A little lick of paint and some TLC wouldn't go amiss. The staff were lovely and friendly during all our interactions with them. Do be aware that the hotel (like most places in Blackpool) preferred payment in cash
Like to have breakfast on a morning but they didnt cater for breakfast also paid 90.00 for my grand daughter whos 9 when i just paid 80.00 for myself wouldnt go there again service the man was polite
The man who owns it and his family cannot do enough for you. They’re caring and very genuine. Location is perfect and easy parking too. Will definitely use there to stay next time I go back.
Myself and my partner have stayed multipul times and each time was perfect, the owner and his family are so welcoming and kind and caring, they remember each and every guest, its perfect for a few nights stay and everything about the guest house is 100%. Always clean, always comfy, always welcoming
Enjoyed my stay here! Couldnt have asked for much more, very friendly staff and clean rooms.

Check in was quick and easy, super friendly owner. Room with en-suite very clean, fresh towels also provided. Tea and coffee in the room, Very close to central pier, beach and the Blackpool tower. Tescos just round the corner and the shopping centre and coach station a 5 min walk away. If I visit Blackpool again I would definitely stay here again.
Very friendly staff . Great location 5 mins from promenade and North Pier . Lots of very good takeaways around the corner from property also a large car park ! £25 for 5 days parking ! Very clean and tidy , bed was really comfortable !

Booked through Hotels.com, wanted a cheapish place central to blackpool pier and found this place with good ratings, There is parking across the road pretty much we paid around 22 pound for 2 nights, Plenty of food places nearby and convience stores, Location is perfect, the family room was very small as expected but comferable enough, The hotel doesn't
Really accessible - 5 min walk to the Wintergardens for Rebellion festival. Really friendly folks that run the place. Bedroom and bathroom very clean - small room but all we needed. Bed really comfortable - needed my alarm to wake me up! Good value for money. Back next year.
Owner was very welcoming upon arrival, the room was a good size and very clean. Great location too just a few minutes walk to the town centre. Overall nothing to complain about whatsoever.
