Was dirty disgusting and no owner around to speak to was left a man who didnt speak english very well was fobbed off to another hotel only for me complaining we managed to then get a room in the hotel we was supposed to be actually staying

Tiny room, not tidy, room wasn’t ready and it’s not even called the Brisbane hotel when you arrive! Not good.

I suppose you get what you pay for however the shared bathroom was to small, ran out of loo rolls, sink was blocked, kettle dirty, no TV, spare pillows under bunk bed on floor was manky and stained with no pillow cases

Didn't even get the keys. Turned up door wide open. People there. Couldn't get through to phone number. People had got there keys and was wanting a refund because the room was a mess could see from the outside how horrible it was, only booked for one night but after what was witnessed just left without talking too anyone glad I only paid 15 quid

This place has no right to be renting out rooms. It’s like a squat. Shared bathroom that was filthy and there wasn’t even any toilet roll. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Avoid at all costs

Didn’t even get to stay, when we arrived we was told to come back soon as they was waiting for a key for the room as someone had left with the keys previously. So we went for food & returned an hour later. We was stood at the door for around an hour because nobody knew what room to give us. At this stage you could see the hotel was an absolute dive! Anyway by the time we got up to the room the door doesn’t stay locked as they have kicked the door open obviously to enter the room and not fixed it again properly, wallpaper falling off the walls, see through sheet nailed up against the window so next door can clearly see everything there’s no privacy! The room was filthy and bog standard. AVOID!! I wouldn’t even let my dog stay here in these conditions. We didn’t actually stay we went in the room, booked another hotel the left straight away. DISCUSTING! Read up reviews ok other sites if you don’t believe this, I wish I had done first!!
