"High standards of customer service, cleanliness, food is very varied and of high quality in all restaurants. Dine around was a great to use the half board in 11 restaurants. Good entertainment available, with live bands and DJ's Lagoon sharks and rays could be seen daily from the bridge."

"The view was amazing. The water was crystal clear. The staffs were friendly. Super easy to swim in the ocean. Just didnt see any fish. Our butler Sue was amazing and super helpful. She gave us a detailed tour of the island, help us find vegetarian food and booked us a trip to a nearby island for food. All the restaurant staffs were helpful to accommodate our vegetarian diet. "

Check-in was quick and effortless, and we were assigned a dedicated staff member who stayed in touch with us throughout our stay and took care of every requirement promptly. A special shoutout to the housekeeping team — their service was simply exceptional. Every time we stepped out of the villa and returned, the room felt like it was prepared fresh for day one. This happened multiple times a day, and honestly, I’m still amazed at how perfectly they managed it. The entire stay was truly relaxing.
