Amazing front desk service, super welcoming. Arguably the most convenient location if attending a multiday event at the NEC due ti be right by the rail. Only issue I had is the hallway to the rooms was creepy. Have painted walls, felt very under construction with little light. Could have just been my floor tho.

Good hotel. Good rooms. Nice restaurant. Good location. Only annoying issue was that Uber drivers get charged by the hotel for dropping guests off at the door… why?!?

We had a lovely stay prior to our flight the next morning. We had food and drinks in the evening which were all lovely. I ordered an Aperol Sprintz, I was asked if I’d like to try their version and it was so good, I’ve now implemented the recipe at home! Hotel very clean and comfortable and will definitely be staying again.

Hotel is literally across from Birmingham Airport. We missed our flights to Valencia due to Avanti Trains taking 8.5 hours to make a 4 hour journey. (What a disgrace and joke of a company) Anyway we booked flights for following morning. Checked into hotel and was so pleased we did. Room is big and bed is comfy. Usual tea/coffee making facilities and lovely bathroom. Room was spotless and very quiet, we had a great nights sleep. This is an excellent hotel.

Staff were lovely, dinner at the restaurant was fabulous and the rooms we booked were beautifully clean. What let the hotel down was the high temperature of the bedrooms. The air conditioning in the rooms couldn’t be adjusted. There were electric fans in the wardrobes but these didn’t make much of a difference to the room temperature. We booked the Novotel the night before a very early flight to get the best sleep possible but unfortunately none of us (5 people) slept well due to the room temperature which impacted on the next day.
