The highlights are the beautiful, quiet grounds, spacious room with a fantastic power shower, and a lovely breakfast. Also, lots of parking available. The only downside was that the room got very hot and stuffy at night, which affected our sleep.
Good welcome, recently refurbished rooms are incredibly comfortable. Slept like a log! Only had a burger for dinner but menu looked good. Great breakfast. Staff lovely
A wonderful venue and very enjoyable overnight stay whilst on business. Staff were friendly and supportive. A very good standard of accommodation in a lovely location at a good price. Food was also thoroughly enjoyable.
Lovely stay at Hogarths, service was very attentive, food was superb and we enjoyed walking around the grounds. The room was very spacious, newly renovated and comfortable.
Excellent stay in lovely location. Food great, room warm & comfortable, and staff exceptionally friendly. Can’t wait to stay again!

Staff were helpful in general.
Room was clean but very hot as the radiator was not able to be turned off.
Breakfast was very nice with lots of selection but had to ask three times for a cup of coffee.
Was sent an invoice for our stay after we checked out but due to had already checked out we couldn’t see it….
Very cold room, tried to turn the heating up but didn’t work. Was asked to pay on departure but had paid on arrival. Took too long to sort out had to leave and was late for a business meeting. Not very well organised. Shame really as it’s a nice hotel. Staff very helpful.
Hotel is in a beautiful location with lots of free parking on site. The room was cosy, comfortable and clean. Unfortunately we felt like the staff at check-in would rather not be there, we had a brief description on how to reach our room but no other hotel facilities were brought to our attention, we had an unexpected hold charge put on our debit card, although this was refunded straight away when we checked out,

The staff were very attentive and friendly. Hogarths manages to provide an intimate atmosphere, although being quite a large hotel. The gardens and grounds looked attractive, even in January.
Had an overnight stay with my sister and her dog at Hogarths Hotel. The hotel was easily accessible from the motorway. It was beautiful, the room was comfortable and clean. The staff were helpful, the dinner and breakfast were very good and the hotel was dog friendly.
Great place to stay, large, well appointed room. Great bar and restaurant with good staff. Only let down was the fire alarm went off at approximately 1am and 3am with no explanation why.
We were there attending a wedding.
We also booked a room to stay over.
The hotel and facilities were absolutely fantastic.
