"I was disappointed, because i ask for extra pillows ,they told me no, then the room was not ready. Also when i was there two cacaruche come out they where pretty big. The bathroom was not so clean. For the price i pay for staying there really disappointed "

"Lobby was really nice. Although, I was quite annoyed that the staff put me in a room where the elevator doesn’t work and I had little ones. Was a lot trying to haul stuff up the stairs with a toddler. Also. The rooms didn’t look very clean. Bath tub was kind of ehhh. Definitely could use some updates. "

"It was clean,the staff was excelent, but the AC machine was way too loud and didn’t let us sleep… it would turn off so often and everytime it turned back on it would wake us up"

"It's disappointing when you fill for a special request and they don't honor it.I have problem going up the stairs,I got the room but I had to go up the stairs."

"Location is good with restaurants nearby. There was dry pee on the toilet seat in my room. Property could also use a coat of paint and some touch ups in a lot of areas. But it’s often the lowest priced in the immediate vicinity so you get what you pay for."

"Very comfortable (large, clean rooms) and conveniently located close to the airport—within walking distance. Perfect stay."

"All was fine. The advertisement of upgrades was not fulfilled of the snacks being delivered, but other that that it's a good bargain price and hotel. Great customer service!"
